If you and your pets take a walk into the forest outside of town, you will notice little clusters of happy mushrooms under each tree, and you will notice something else. Fairies, more fairies than you may be used to seeing.

There is no snow yet in the Fairy Forest, so before the snow falls, the fairies are busy visiting each other and deciding what magical spells they will use to decorate the trees in the forest this year.

It is such a beautiful forest my pets can't wait to see what it will look like when the fairies are finished decorating.

The first thing to do if you want to build a new city, shopping mall, or even a park is to find the perfect piece of land.
“Hurray.” shout the pets. The location was found, and a road was constructed, making it easy to bring in materials. Now the plot of land is ready for whatever the pets have in mind. What do you think the pets will build? Maybe a theatre or a glass-blowing factory. Whatever the pets decide to construct; it is sure to be noisy around here for a while, so bring your hard hat, safety goggles and sturdy boots if you want to lend a hand.

Stop and take a moment to gaze upon the green productive fields as far as the eye can see. Breathe in the heady aroma of fruits and vegetables growing in the sun and rain. The pets have a very varied tour taking in the magnificence of Rome and Vatican City, romantic Florence, and also Siena, and the vineyards of Tuscany. They will come across another very stylish icon of the Italian automobile industry! There will be opportunities to explore winding backstreets with a choice of Italian eateries! Other sights are Cinque Terre, with its colourful jumble of houses, and for sea-lovers, visits to coastal lighthouses, including one in Genoa. One exciting point will be viewing a flypast of the Frecce Tricolori, the Italian airforce aerobatic fleet!

We go island-hopping off the "boot" of Italy on Sardinia and Sicily! There is so much for the pets to enjoy here, from the dozens of flawless sandy beaches, vibrant, colourful houses and special flora and fauna. The architecture reflects the melting pot of travellers from ancient empires of Europe, Africa and the Middle East that used the islands as a stopping-off place—the Byzantines, Phoenicians and of course, the Spanish, all of whom have left their mark. The water is perfectly clear, making it ultra-inviting for pets who want to try their paw at snorkling! And there's a banger of a surprise on Sicily, home to Europe's largest volcano, Mount Etna! It's classed as active, but pets need have no fear—that just means it's erupted once since the last Ice Age! Rest assured, your picnics will not be disturbed!

We start by unashamedly concentrating on the beautiful water city of Venice from dawn to night life, and experience delights from gondola trips on the canals, viewing quaint little bridges and magnificent architecture, to a visit to the grand Opera House. The pets will round off their Venetian tour with a visit to the famous Murano glass factory! We then move on to a colourful little town outside Venice before completing this leg of the trip by visiting scenes of a very different nature in the mountainous South Tyrol and Dolomites.

The pets will here explore the vineyards of Piedmont; the birthplace of the Fiat 500 in Turin; the many delights of fashion capital Milan; Lake Como and Lake Garda. They will experience the scary hairpin bends of the Tyrolean Stelvio Pass and meet a curly-horned guardian of the Dolomites. Also to be seen is one of the most beautiful old villages in Italy and a very posh palace!

In this part of the trip, the pets will explore sights ranging from narrow village backstreets to the famous Arco san Felice in Puglia and the Isle of Capri. They will see iconic Italian vehicles such as the tiny Fiat 500 and the Vespa scooter. Along the way they come across Italian flora and fauna, and have ample opportunity to sample the best of Italian cuisine, not only pizza, pasta and delicious gelati but dishes made with freshly picked lemons and grapes! But let's hope they're not kept awake by too much espresso!

Ireland is well known for many things, from Oscar Wilde and George Bernard Shaw, Guinness and Irish whiskey, colcannon and soda bread, music, song and Riverdance, folklore, leprechauns and the legendary Irish hospitality.

The pets enjoy a tranquil Hertfordshire landscape before moving south towards London. They see the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew and then move on to central London to visit iconic sights. Mind the Gap—they take a trip on the Tube to Baker Street, home of the legendary Sherlock Holmes! They see a typical London pub and see some friendly bobbies guarding the Palace. The pets will then head east to visit a football ground and the scene of a yearly pop festival before finishing the tour in the tranquil surroundings of a mediaeval cathedral city.

The pets start their journey in Derbyshire, in the east Midlands, and travel up to see the base of the famous Red Arrows aerobatic display team before moving on to the Peak District. From there they explore Cheshire and Lancashire and the Lake District National Park. They can enjoy visits to popular seaside resorts on the west and east coasts, and will see York, one of England’s finest and most beautiful historic cities, called Jorvik by Viking invaders who settled there. They then travel up the North Yorkshire coast spotting British fauna and flora before stopping at Newcastle on Tyne for a final night before crossing the border into bonnie Scotland!

Welcome to England! The pets cross the Welsh border to visit a nearby cathedral city and then the county of Shakespeare's birth before heading south to see a very different birthplace—that of an iconic British motor car in 1948, still in use today. Going further south the pets will enjoy two counties very popular as summer holiday resorts, have the opportunity to go on a hot air balloon ride, and to visit Dartmoor—let's hope the Hound of the Baskervilles isn't lurking! They will see wild ponies and have a glimpse of England's friendly national bird, known to every gardener. Moving further along the south coast, the pets will visit an exotic royal retreat in the Chinese and Indian style and a typical seaside pier.

Welcome to Northern Ireland! The official flag of this country is the Union Flag, but St Patrick's Saltire (a red diagonal cross on a white field) represents Northern Ireland on the Union Flag. After arriving at the busy port of Belfast, home of the Titanic, the pets will have an extremely varied trip, viewing not only Neolithic sites and a wonder of the world dating back 50 million years, but they will also enjoy lots of bracing fresh air, viewing castles and coastlines! In the evenings, perhaps they will enjoy some legendary Northern Irish music with traditional meals in the local taverns.

The pets will enjoy a varied tour, taking in the capital, Edinburgh, lochs and lighthouses, castles and keeps, waterfalls and winged wildlife, some rugged Highland scenes and they will see marvels of engineering. The pets' journey of the British Isles begins in the home of castles, choirs and Celtic myth; of legends, the longbow and language of the Welsh; of rain, rugby and racing; of dragons, daffodils and deer. The warming of the sun has brought forth new life within this once barren tree. Fresh green leaves flutter with the cool spring breeze. Soon birds will nest in the branches and bring forth yet another brood of young to add to the cycle of life.

A cute little fellow greets the pets this morning to herald the arrival of the morning's transport. The pets will pass wintry landscapes and greet all kinds of wildlife. They have the opportunity to explore bridges, a forest, a river and a snowbound wooden cabin before heading home in the sunset to that night's lodging. While passing the lumber store, they meet two more appealing little creatures keeping out of the cold. The pets then go inside for welcome bowls of soup and wind up their day by creating hot drinks with special chosen garnishes.

Whether climbing up ladders or slithering down snakes, your pet is in for a fantastic tour of all that is quirky in architecture and style! Harvest-time in the countryside—what better time can there be? On this part of the tour, pets will start in a shady wood and have a picnic by an old country barn before continuing. They will discover an open air market of farmers' produce and be able to choose from the displayed apples, grapes, coffee beans, strawberries and chillies before viewing the coffee berries still growing. There are views of cornfields and flowers before finishing with a stroll along the river to admire the autumnal foliage.

To welcome your pet at the start of this area of the quest will be some very friendly and familiar little creatures. They enjoy attention and in particular they love being fed some tasty treats, so your pet should not go empty-pawed! The route then proceeds through countryside where a variety of attractive, not to say cute, animals and birds will be waiting to say “Hello” to your pet.

Your pet faces a challenging time negotiating the bewildering path to the middle of a twilit labyrinth, with only a few flickering flares lighting the way. Just as the end appears nigh, the track doubles back on itself and leads even further away . . . The tree-lined route is dark and a little eerie! The little spider is quite cute and the snake and scorpion might alarm with their appearance but rest assured, they will not hurt a single hair of your pet’s fur or a single wing feather!
