I saw a snow fort the other day and I pounced on it! In no time it was all broke down into lovely mounds of fresh snow. Then this other puppy came out of a tunnel and played chase. He didn’t catch me! He has such nice white teeth, next time I see him I will ask him to recommend his orthodontist.

My, what big claws you have little lobster? All the better to nip you with if you get crabby on me! But no pet ever does get crabby with this friendly little lobster, whose ready smile and a helpful nature melts the heart of every pet they encounter. The lobsters made their debut in PnF’s Art Gallery Quest, where they acted as the tour guides for groups of pets attending the gala opening of the Musee d’Art de Cannelle, following quite a few Questers home in the process!

*munch munch munch* G' day, mate! Welcome to my grove! Care for some yummy Eucalyptus? It's my favourite. Gum leaves are delicious. But sadly, there aren't as many trees here in the Outback as there used to be. I hope some kind folks will plant more for me, because I'm always hungry. And I use all my trees...I have one tree for snacking, one for resting, one for spying on the neighborhood, one for throwing parties...okay, that last one might not be true. I don't entertain much because I like to sleep. A lot. In fact, you're lucky I'm awake right now! I may resemble a bear, but I'm actually a marsupial...there's a lot of us in Australia. We had pouches before it was cool. Now it's all the rage, or so they tell me. Now if you'll pardon me, it's time for another nap!

I'm stealthy! I'm a Ninja, moving silently on my paws and WHOOPS! Sorry about that glass! It shattered pretty quickly. Ho hum, I guess the closest I'll ever be to a ninja will be my Halloween costume! There's a rumor going around that all orange cats share one brain cell, so my turn must be coming soon, and when it happens, it'll be so much fun not to trip over my own tail!

Despite the constant crowds, I try my best to ignore them all when it's time for my bihourly swim. Thankfully other pets don't seem to mind and give me a wide berth without even asking! They're so considerate. I'll have to find a way to thank them. Maybe I could invite them over for dinner...

Na na na na na na na na Na na na na na na na na BatKITTY! Do you like my song? I made it up myself to sing myself a lullaby. Sadly, I was orphaned as a very young kitten. Early on I discovered that I was different than other kitties. Not only was I cuter and prettier than they were (it takes a lot of work to be beautiful and to make sure to apply my whisker-lash every morning for essential, thick looking pink whiskers) but I could FLY! It's difficult to hide away with all this cuteness, but add in my mad ninja fighting skills and very soon I was in demand, helping other young cats and kittens from the evils of the worlds! All cats must be protcted from wicked mice, hair ties, and string balls. I could easily spot a cat in trouble from the air! Flying is AWESOME and I don't mind sharing the sky with my counter parts, bats, as well as other flying creaturees. I am the first known feline Superhero of the world! I love helping others- as long as I do not break a nail doing it.

Cheeps to my PnF peeps! I’m only a few weeks old, but I’m ready to see the world! Once you come out of your shell there’s no going back. Believe me, I tried. Just ask Humpty Dumpty. All the king’s horses and all the king’s men found out the hard way. So instead of brooding, I'm flying the coop! I’ve been told I have a cousin twice removed on my mother’s side that lives on some famous street , with a grouch and a few monsters. Sunflower Seed Street? I can’t remember. I could visit, but it might be a bit too far for me. And I’d need directions...someone to tell me how to get there. Maybe a CPS (Chick Positioning System)? And honestly, though I love to explore, at heart I’m a down-home, country chick. You know, traveling is such hard work, and I’m pooped. I’m all for a chocolate break and an early worm smoothie. Apple Blossom Lamb blinks her eyes in wonderment at the apple orchard she was born into. All around her are fragrant blossoms. When she lifts her head, she sees branches of beautiful pink flowers sparkling in the morning sun. In every direction, she sees row upon row of blooming apple trees. Soft pink petals cover the green grass beneath her feet. Her wobbly legs don’t always work as she attempts to explore, but a carpet of sweet smelling petals cushions her falls. Her mother munches on the grass between the trees and talks of delicious feasts of crunchy red fruit, but Apple Blossom Lamb is quite content with her diet of warm milk. Tummy full of warm milk, exciting day of discovery, petal carpet inviting her to lay down. . . . Zzzzzzzz!

What was that? You hear that scratching? Oh, it's gone. Wait! It's back! No, no it's gone again... No! It's back! It's -- oh, it's just my siblings. False alarm.

I can weigh close to 3,000 pounds, or even over that. This makes me the third largest land mammal in the world! Because of our size, other animals are less likely to see us as food, which is definitely a good thing for us! In Africa, we are aggressive animals and are not afraid to fight even others of our species. But take us to live in PnF and we promise to be good!

Let’s talk about me! Surely I am the proudest of cephalopods (soft bodied ocean invertebrate, found exclusively in salt water)? Naturally, I am very clever, and at times downright tricksy, thanks to my amazingly large brain, which allows me to change my colour, texture and shape at will. I am a veracious carnivore, eating almost continuously, to fuel my three hearts, which pump blood to my high speed muscles.
What you may not be aware of though, is that I am also the most beautiful of all of the PnF Pets, because not only are my 8 arms and 2 fins attached to my head, but I have a strong beak for biting my prey! Oh…and did I mention that I am supremely modest and humble too…?

There is an old bear—who may look familiar to you and your pets. He loves honey, and he loves lazy walks with friends, but he also enjoys watching sports. When PnF land holds sports events, this old bear likes to cheer on his favourites, which is every pet, and he enjoys having a close-up view.
Borrowing a balloon from friends, this old bear can be seen sailing over the sporting event, looking down at whatever sport is ongoing and cheering loudly. One of the reasons this bear loves honey is it can soothe a sore throat from all that cheering.

When you are as old as this silly old bear is, and when you have lived in a place for a long time, you make friends with everyone. This old bear spends lots of time talking to all the pets who live in PnF land.

He loves to chat about the weather, the different flavour honey has depending on the types of flowers the bees visited, and this old bear loves to discuss the PnF games, how the participants are doing and what their dreams are, and what new games could be added. Maybe a honey-tasting event; that is one game this old bear could participate in.

Ohh, did you feel that? I think the storm is directly over us! This is my favourite part, it's both lovely and dangerous! Feel that thunder roar - mightier than even the most fearsome feline. And the lightning, sneakier than the sliest fox! Don't worry, here in my burrow we're well safe from any harm.

I love blue, don’t you? I even wear a crown of blue upon my head to match my blue wings. If you are walking through the woodland and come upon me hanging upside down, do...not...panic. I am in my favourite position to look for food. They say birds can’t learn new tricks. Oh! Sorry, that is old dogs. I am very clever and can always find new ways to find food.

Boing! Boing! Boing! That’s the sound I make everywhere I go – jump, slide, jump - it’s just so much fun! Even if I trip a little, I get right back up and Hop! Leap! Run! I may be small, but I’m a feisty little ‘kid’. I like to nose around your pockets for treats and play every single hour of every single day. Well, unless I’m sleeping or having my dinner, but even then I can’t stop wiggling! I can’t wait to go home with you and meet all of my new friends. I promise to be on my best behavior, or my second-best! Okay, I can be a little naughty, but just look at this face!

Chirp! I am happy to see you too. This is a lovely branch, and it grows from a most impressive tree. When I tuck my head into my feathers to sleep at night—I feel quite safe. No, I don’t fall off while sleeping; see my little feet? They hang onto the branch, and I am quite secure. Oh, you brought me some seeds, how very kind of you; shall we sit and watch the sun rise into the sky while munching on these seeds?

Oh, WOW! You're serving mashed potatoes, green beans, gravy, sweet potato casserole, cranberry sauce, garlic and herb roasted carrots, brussels sprouts with bacon, cornbread stuffing, sautéed spinach with garlic, and buttery dinner rolls ... but those are all sides! What's the main course? I'll find out when I get there? I can't wait!

It's the middle of spring! Where did this frost come from? My gorgeous green petals have been frosted over! Although...no other flower around has this look... I wonder if there's a way I can keep this look permanently without leaving me shivering?

My life is not only relaxing on glaciers, I spend parts of my night flying the seas of my home in search of ships lost in the frozen waters. Not many boats travel this far away from the main continents, so most of my searches are fruitless. (Really they always are.)
