While Truffle was busy snapping photos, poddu laddoo wandered off to find a suitable bush, as there was a decided lack of amenities in the immediate area!

Truffle gazed around in awe, while Turbo mumbled and grumbled about Truffle's shortcut being no shortcut at all, if the blisters on his paws were anything to go by!

The poppy can have many symbolic meanings in different cultures, for example, restful sleep and recovery. For others, it is a cheery harbinger of summer because of its size and intense colors. On this island there is a huge swathe of red poppies, providing a feast for the eyes and senses.

Truffle finally makes it back to the landing stage, where Rufus is also about to embark and go home. What an adventure it has been! Truffle pockets a map of L'île Mystère as a momento. The guidebook says:

What an adventure this island will prove to be! There are opportunities for rambling up hill and down dale, and splendid views across lakes and mountains. There are fields of aromatic and colourful flowers. At one point in their exploration the pets will meet a huge reptile but rest assured—it will do no harm! Bon voyage!
