He has all the drive and ambition he could ever need, but he is also wise enough to know that Cupig is the brains of his operation. Whenever a new situation in the food industry needs a smart solution, Frank turns to his nephew. So when he finds Cupig mysteriously missing, Frank wastes no time solving the problem with the only method he understands: money.

CHARLES is questing! Episode 4: CHARLES liked the idea of a reward. Without stopping to ask Frank for advice, CHARLES
went to Cupig's penthouse to ask the doorporker if they had seen anything. Before asking, CHARLES saw a trail of tiny gems leading away from a wall which had no door in it. Cupig was known to carry little gems around to give as gifts. What if he had dropped them in flight? So CHARLES tried following them.
The trail led out into the country, to a place easily seen from Cupig's penthouse apartment. The gems ended at a strange object which pulsed and shimmered. What could it be?

CHARLES is questing! Episode 6: The mysterious portal begins to draw CHARLES towards it. The more CHARLES struggles, the greater the pull. Just as CHARLES realises the answer is not to struggle, it is too late. A lovely scene appears, full of pink shades and gentle views; yet somehow this fills CHARLES with a sense of foreboding. A strange yellow creature appears; it does not share CHARLES's trepidation.
"Welcome!" says the creature with a smile. "Oh - you're not supposed to be here!"
"Do you live here?" asks CHARLES. "Who are you? And what's so funny?"
"I am a Bubble Head," it replied. "This is Bubble Land - or one version of it. In one way the most pleasant; then again, in another way the most dreadful. But I can't help laughing - I have seen the end of the story! As you're not supposed to be here, follow me; I will show you how to follow the gems to the other side. As we proceed, you will see that someone else has been here before you."

"Cupig now knows that real love is the answer to all his needs," she said. "He is not here; but he is now able to leave the Bubble World. Tell Frank he will soon be home. When you walk through this portal, you will be back in New Pork City, with a magnificent egg to show Frank as proof of your tale. He will reward you.
Though you now understand Cupig's feelings, only I can see his whole nature. You and your friends now know all of it between you. So you will all be seeing me soon."
With that, she disappeared. CHARLES went through the portal, both astonished and relieved.

"I have no idea what love is," he said. "But it seems to mean a lot to my nephew. The egg is yours. I do not know what will happen if I send others to find Cupig. We must wait and see. I have one last reward to give; it is yours. Here are some coins, but come along to my car and I will drive you to something far better."
