“Hi WHOOO"S A HOOT it’s good you are here. Poor Sheldon the Introvurtle is seeking his true love and we need your help. I, Pete the amazing match making penguin will help guide you. Together I know we can find love….and maybe some adventure. I hear there is an all knowing axolotl, Dirk, who may be willing to help out too”

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 2/25

“WHOOO"S A HOOT can you convince Sheldon to come out of his shell? He does not want to leave Turtle Island! Sure it may be a safe location to hang out and bask in the sun but how can he expect to find love here? You and Dirk are going to have your hands full. He says he truly does want to find his true love but his shell and Turtle Island are just so safe”

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 3/25

Listening to Pete and wanting to be a good, albeit new, friend WHOOO"S A HOOT steps in. “Underwater is the place to go Sheldon! We can travel with Pete as I hear he runs a match making service for the penguins! And Dirk, well he can chime in with his old wisdom as need be our guide. It will be fun and exciting and we will find the right love for you!”

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 4/25

Holding the only picture they have of Dirk the team goes looking underwater. “Where could he be?” asks Pete. “Sorry,” replies WHOOO"S A HOOT. “I’m still learning to breathe in my bubble. But we will find him. Dirk is around. He would not lead us astray.”

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 5/25

Before the motley crew knew it, they bumped into Dirk the axolotl. “Sheldon! You gotta at least pop your head out of your shell to say hello to Dirk!” exclaims Pete. “It’s only the polite thing to do.” Slowly eyeballs peek out the top of Sheldon’s shell. Will we see his head?

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 6/25

“Now I know where love can be found.” says Pete. “We must travel to the underwater sandcastles! You are certain to find true love there.” So the entire team swims over and begins there search only for disaster to strike. The sandcastles collapse! “We were lucky to get out of there!” states WHOOO"S A HOOT. “Why did I ever leave Turtle Island?” ponders Sheldon.

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 7/25

“Sorry about that folks,” states Pete. “The coral reef is the answer! Teaming with life and colour. That must be it!” So Dirk helps them find their way to the nearest reef. “Well it is quite colourful and it may be perfect for someone as shy as I.” says Sheldon. “I cannot see a single soul in sight!” Once again Penguin Pete’s match making service is not living up to what was promised. Will poor Sheldon ever find true love? “Ummm forget love, do I have enough air in this bubble?” wonders WHOOO"S A HOOT.

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 8/25

Having failed everywhere else Pete is certain the answer lies in Atlantis. So the team packs up and swims there. Apart from a few seahorses it looks relatively deserted. “Oh no! Not again! Another failure! Will this nightmare ever end?” asks Sheldon.

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 9/25

Swimming around the ruins they bump into Medusa! “Halt!” she commands. “Who dares trespass in the magical lands of Atlantis?” The team begins to tremble for she is a frightening sight. “We’re sorry.” stammers WHOOO"S A HOOT. “We are just here seeking our friend’s true love. Sheldon here needs a p-p-par-partner.” Medusa stares back at the team. “Maybe I can fix that. I will just turn him into stone!” There is a loud gasp and crash as Sheldon falls over. Thankfully he has not been turned to stone and the team politely declines Medusa’s offer and quickly back away.

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 10/25

“The answer to true love for Sheldon must be around. Perhaps we have been searching too shallow. Dirk, do you have a map to the Mariana Trench?” asks Pete. Sure enough that all knowing axolotl had the directions so the teamed moved on to start searching the ocean depths. Maybe they had been looking to shallow. Afterall love cannot be found in shallow relationships right?

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 11/25

“STOP! Do you have permission to be here?” While exploring the depths of the trench the team is suddenly accosted by a pair of angler fish. “You have illegally entered the unincorporated territory of the angler fish and are hereby subjected to being held and interrogated until we are satisfied as to your reason of visit and that you mean no harm.” Poor Sheldon near faints. Ever the mediator Dirk steps in. “We’re quite sorry fine sirs. We are only here to find our turtle friend a suitor. We apologize for stumbling into your territory and if you are so kind we will just turn around and swim away.”

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 12/25

Having made a hasty escape from the mean angler fish the team pauses in an ocean clearing. Sheldon turns to his friends to have a heart to heart. “Listen guys. I appreciate all you are doing and have done but I am exhausted and we are getting nowhere. I just want to go home to my safe lil island. I don’t know if I really want to keep up with this. Maybe I was right all along. There is no one out there for me. I’m destined to be alone in my shell.”

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 13/25

Taking Sheldon’s needs into consideration the team decided to take a break on a nearby island covered in seaglass and with a perky penguin playing music. “It’s ok Sheldon. Take all the time you need to rest. Enjoy the view and music and I will get some fresh air.” says WHOOO"S A HOOT. “We’ll get it right Sheldon. This is just a hiccup. I’m sure I will come up with better ideas. I’m sorry the ones so far have not worked out.” states Pete.

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 14/25

Exhausted from all his misses Pete fell asleep on the sandy beach while Sheldon and WHOOO"S A HOOT had their fill of food and drink. Soon, if Sheldon was up for more, the team was to return underwater to meet up with Dirk to see if he could do any better at helping Sheldon find true love. But in the mean time it was time for well deserved rest and relaxation.

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 15/25

After some well deserved rest Sheldon decided that indeed he did want to find true love so back underwater the team went. Dirk was there to meet them and as promised he had a list of potential places to explore. “It’s not going to be easy, and I cannot make promises but we will do our best to find you love Sheldon. I firmly believe there is someone out there for you.”

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 16/25

They first set off for an underwater slug colony. While it was pretty and well populated it just did not have the right feel to Sheldon. “I don’t think I would fit in here with my shell and all. I’m sorry. Dirk, Pete, WHOOO"S A HOOT….maybe I’m wasting your time.” “Nonsense!” exclaims Dirk. “We will carry on.”

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 17/25

Next up on Dirk’s list was the Squid colony. While once again Sheldon did not find any potential love there the team met the Great Mighty Revered Kraken who gave them some advice. “Look for the Olde Foxmaid statue. Legend has it that it is the statue of romance and will guide you to true love.” Dirk rips up his list and the team goes looking for the statue with many thanks.

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 18/25

After some more undersea exploration sure enough the team found the Olde Foxmaid statue. “There it is!” shouted Pete and WHOOO"S A HOOT at the same time. “Now how do we get answers from it?” Swimming around the team calls out asking for help when suddenly before their eyes out swims an old golden query fish. “Who disturbs me?” Dirk steps in. “We are helping our friend here Sheldon, the introvurtle find his one true love and we have struck out everywhere. We were told to visit the Olde Foxmaid statue for assistance.” The query fish takes this into consideration and replies, “Birds of a feather flock together. Look to Old Turt”

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 19/25

Finally the team had some direction and were on their way to Old Turt. Swimming along they met up with a group of happy fish who kept darting between them swimming and singing, “Just keep swimming…” They had to be getting close. Even Pete started dancing.

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 20/25

Apparently the school of fish they had met along the way had sent word to Old Turt as their arrival was expected. The village head, the oldest turtle living, even came out to greet them. “Welcome! I hear you are here looking for true turtle love. You have come to the right place.”

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 21/25

As the village head led them through the village to the head house all the villagers came out to see the visitors. There were so many turtles! As they were passing thru a certain beauty caught Sheldon’s eye. She stood at her door with a flower on her head and was oh so very pretty. She seemed so soft and quiet; it was like it was meant to be. It was love at first sight.

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 22/25

They carried on to the village head’s house where they were all treated to a feast of epic proportions. While it was quite tasty and Sheldon was ravenous he could no get his mind off the beauty he saw in the village. The head, noticing knowingly how distracted Sheldon was, promised to introduce them to everyone the next morning. Poor Sheldon knew he was in for a sleepless night. How could he go that long?

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 23/25

True to his word, the next morning the village head brought all the villagers out to meet the team. But where was she? Poor Sheldon was feeling distraught. He could not see who he was certain was his one true love. He knew this was the place where it would happen. So he told the village head how much he would love to meet and possibly propose to the beauty he saw the day before.

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 24/25

And then there she was! Before WHOOO"S A HOOT, Pete or Dirk knew what was happening Sheldon was proposing to the turtle known as Shelby. Magically out of nowhere water faeries appeared as if to celebrate the moment. Who knew our introverted hero could be so brave? And with the permission of the village head it was determined the Sheldon and Shelby would be able to live between Turtle Island and Old Turt.

WHOOO"S A HOOT is questing! Episode 25/25

Back on Turtle Island Sheldon and Shelby are living it up. Two shy turtles have finally found their match. It is just proof that true love can be found. As a thank you for their help Dirk and Sheldon offer WHOOO"S A HOOT a special treat to enjoy. It was hardwork following Pete underwater.
