Axo, the princess and the rest of the dolphins strictly warn Lina not to call from the hideaway, but to go to the surface and travel far before they call. Then to arrange a meeting point where they can all go and watch from afar, when the scientists take Aquarius. Their cover story will be that Lina was fishing and found Aquarius floating on the surface, seemingly unconscious.

The scientists arrive at the agreed location, amazed by Aquarius' smile, although she is clearly unwell! They talk to the dolphin sanctuary on the phone, to make arrangements to transport Aquarius to the centre.
And while all of this is happening, Finn and his band of merry fishies are hidden behind Lina's boat, thinking they're unnoticed. But they miss the evil glance of the captain, because Cray is preoccupied trying to use the phone Lina gave him to hack the sweet looking girl scientist's phone, so Lina can track them.

The scientists put Aquarius in a net, trusting she'll be alright until they arrive. But the girl scientist insists on doing a final check, because she wants to be sure Aquarius won't be hurt more by the net.

But he misses the captain talking on the phone, bargaining to sell Aquarius to the marine park show company, for a tidy profit he'll share with the girl scientist!

The show company conspirators meet, to finalise their evil plans! After they release Aquarius, three more planes will join them to round up the secret hideaway inhabitants, using fishing nets. Their payment to the sanctuary conspirators is ready, half now, half when the job is done. The timing is agreed, and watches are synchronised. It appears that our marine pets' days of freedom are about to end!!!

The marine pets hold their own meeting. Axo finally reveals to them the secret communication ability of the pendants they have all been given! Their pendants will broadcast on a special frequency, and their message will be received and transmitted by the seaglass lying on the ocean bed and buried in the sand.
They will use their broadcast to alert and warn all of the marine creatures within range, urging them to gather to our friends and help. But if anything goes wrong, they will use the sea glass to create a frequency barrier, like a jammer, to confuse their enemies. This should give them time to escape to a new hiding place on the ocean bed without being tracked...

Finn shares their plan with Aquarius. The scientists are confused by Aquarius' daily visits from another dolphin and a lobster. So, oblivious to what's afoot, the scientists decide to keep Aquarius at the sanctuary as long as possible, to observe and document the social interactions of these marine creatures...

The captain is in a rush to release Aquarius, so their dastardly plan can be implemented! But he notices his accomplice's reluctance, and becomes increasingly pushy.
But the captain has an unexpected ally in one of the other scientists, who is convinced he already has enough data to write and publish his report on the dolphins. So the girl scientist has no choice but to agree to Aquarius' release.
Always greedy, the captain notices the pendant the girl scientist is wearing, and wonders where she got it?

Shocked at first, Axo quickly acknowledges the marine creatures will need all of the help they can get, if they hope to rescue Aquarius from the show company conspirators!

When the captain releases Aquarius at the agreed time, the show company reps are ready. Hearing the planes, the sanctuary scientists rush out, but it's too late to save Aquarius. They shake their heads, disappointed the captain would not at least wait until Aquarius was fully recovered!
Then the girl scientist notices her pendant glowing. "Run, Clay, run! Swim, Clay, swim! Find a sea glass transmitter!" She implores.

Hoping and praying Axo's plan will work, Clay picks up a sea glass transmitter. All of the remaining sea glass on the ocean floor begins to glow, transmitting the distress signal to guide the marine creatures to Clay!

The pendant glows stronger, reflecting Aquarius' level of distress. Finally understanding their purpose, the scientists begin collecting up the pieces of sea glass glowing in the sand. The girl scientist fervently hopes Axo will get the message in time!!!
