Artsy farsty art is what we'll be looking at today, rolling with the hoi polloi and like a rock gathers no moss, we'll be rolling along and along. There's plenty to see, look, a squirrel! Oh my, look at that cute tail! Where was I? Oh yes, art. Yes, it's all about art today. A hedgehog, too? Why, isn't this the cutesiest tootsiest widdle thing? What? Can we begin the tour? Why, of course! And what are we touring today? ART? In an art gallery, why, of course it's art! Who's the guide? ME? Heh heh heh, of course it's me I was just seeing if you were paying attention!

Episode 3: The Swim Meet is a candid view of the competition of life, and the spectators looking on. Whether for sport or support, their ever present cheers seem to swell in response to one's efforts, and can be inspirational or taunting, depending upon one's view.

Episode 4: Kreeft is very pleased that Cannelle has included one of this lovely artist's amazing miniatures! honey bear agrees, thinking that there is always a timelessness and sense of magic about this artist's creations, that honey bear would like to be able to emulate for the weekly art submissions!

Episode 5: Escapee is one of Kreeft's favourite works of art in the Musee! Escapee was created by one of PnF's finest purveyors of tiny art, so it is hardly surprising that honey bear and the whole tour group are mesmerised by the level of detail and the sense of whimsy this piece evokes!

Episode 6: Santarina’s Dress

This festive little red dress is perfect for the holiday celebrations. It was lovingly designed from luxurious red velvet fabric and is accented on the bodice and hemline with cotton lace crocheted by the always industrious PnF elves. Golden glittery stars make the dress sparkle and red stars and a cut-out cookie buckle adds fun and whimsy to the cute coordinating belt. Add a beautiful gold angel brooch for the finishing touch and you are all set to enjoy the festivities.

Episode 7: Lava Lamp is a beautifully executed artwork by one of PnF's talented artists! The bobbly aquarium floor and aquarium plants are reminiscent of a lava lamp, and the little fish resemble blobs that have broken away from the floor to gently float upwards...

Episode 8: The beauty of fall foliage is displayed here, captivating the Mussee goer with its depth and shimmer, and a little bit of that Halloween creepiness.

Episode 9: " The Vortex easily depicts the struggle of daily life, getting swept into the madness of routine and demands. Thought to be an existential crisis in painting, the scholars have waxed on for years about the true meaning the artist was portraying," said Kreeft.

Episode 13: "School Chums is a lighthearted look at youth and friendships. Any similarity to lunches or dinners is strictly coincidental!" Kreeft explains with a twinkle in his beady little eyes.

Episode 14: On Purple Pond is a whimsical piece suggestive of a time of waiting. For the arrival of the apple blossom season perhaps? Or for the return of a loved that has been gone a long time?

Episode 15: Lunar New Year Dress

Get out that little red dress for the Lunar New Year festivities! The colour red is vitally important to Chinese culture, representing fire and energy, vitality, good luck and prosperity. This dress, with its narrow waist and bell shaped skirt, in vivid shades of red embellished with bamboo leaves is the perfect fit for this time! The Festival traditionally begins on the first day of the first lunar month in the Chinese calendar and for the next fortnight visits are made to family and to friends. The visitor will come bearing a small gift to the household, most often citrus fruit, which is said to bring wealth and good fortune. Guests are welcomed with tea and sweet treats served on a round or octagonal tray, symbolising togetherness. Usually the sweets are arranged in amounts divisible by eight as this is a lucky number. The first day of Lunar New Year represents new beginnings with renewed hopes for prosperity and happiness. There is excitement outside provided by Lion and Dragon dances performed in the streets.

Episode 16: Kreeft explains to honey bear and the tour group that this piece of pop art, created by one of PnF's up and coming artists, depicts American hard rock band Guns n Roses. honey bear and some of the other little pets level blank stares at Kreeft, while several others begin humming their favorite Guns n Roses song.
"Art and music are both in the eye of the beholder," honey bear thinks, before moving on to the next piece...

Episode 17: Tickle me Teddy is one of Kreeft's favourite works of art in the Musee! Tickle me Teddy was created by one of PnF's finest purveyors of tiny art, so it is hardly surprising that honey bear and the whole tour group are mesmerised by the level of detail and the sense of whimsy this piece evokes!

Episode 18: Reflection captures the pop of fall colors and begs the viewer to stand very, very still, so as not to startle the gentle creatures relaxing by the water's edge. At the same time, drinking in the passionate colors of the turning leaves.

Episode 19: honey bear squeals with delight at receiving a beautiful print of Iben’s Stonehenge, an inspiring modern rendition of the well-photographed natural wonder visited and pondered over by pets and their hoomans for generations. The subtle use of colour in this scene adds a magical quality to its timelessness and natural beauty!

Episode 20: When Kreeft unveils this masterpiece, honey bear jumps up and down with delight, because honey bear is an avid follower of this artist's Pooh Bear tales in PnF! honey bear hopes there will be lots more arts from this amazing artist, and wonders why the Musee did not dedicate a whole section to her awesome works of art!

Episode 21: honey bear and the tour group raise eyebrows, well...those pets that actually have eyebrows pretty much raise them...as Kreeft clears his throat. honey bear is not shy, so honey bear pipes up and asks "is this really art"? Kreeft sighs...a l-o-n-g suffering sigh...and patiently explains that art is an expression by the artist that creates it, and an interpretation by the appreciator that views it. Nothing more! Nothing less! And more importantly, art IS FUN!!! honey bear actually has some junk in Inventory, and promises to compile A LOT of it for the next weekly art challenge, grudgingly admitting that it will probably be fun to do! Kreeft would have smirked in response, if Kreeft actually had lips to smirk with!

Episode 22: Pondering... honey bear remembers pondering well. In fact, honey bear still ponders every day, much to their hooman's chagrin! But honey bear may never look quite this beautiful pondering! honey bear thinks that this is mainly because honey bear doesn't have a beautiful waterfall to ponder at? If they did...things might be different...or not...

Episode 23: Simply entitled Waving, this artwork features a marine mammal departing for the deep, with a wiggle of the tail fin, as if to say, "I'll see you all later, Kreeft, honey bear and the gang!"

Episode 24: "Cat Lovers is a popular piece here at Musee d'art de Cannelle", said Kreeft with a chuckle.
honey bear smiled, remembering the story their tour guide had told earlier of Cannelle's reluctance to include cats in her collection when the museum first opened. Apparently her puppyhood included several close encounters with some very sharp clawed kittens, but her sense of fairness overcame her reluctance, and her former nemeses have become a part of her success, both tangible and intangible.

Episode 25: After viewing all of the inspiring works in this section of Musee d’Art de Cannelle, honey bear is feeling a little sad to have to return to a gourd house that looks exactly the same as every other gourd house in PnF Land, which is not terribly exciting...because if you've seen one gourd house, you've seen them all!

But suddenly honey bear stumbles upon a stately mansion, which looks very similar to one in a Wyeth masterpiece...
"A present for me?" asks honey bear, hardly daring to hope!
