The waiter placed milky-looking drinks in tumblers before Dominion and Miss Starr. "It smells, good, Miss Starr, what is it?" queried Dominion.
"It's Boza, an ancient fermented drink usually made from wheat, millet, barley, oats or bulgur. It's believed to have originated in Turkey more than 8000 years ago!"
"Are they hazelnuts on top?" asked Dominion.
"No, they're actually crunchy roasted chickpeas, and a dusting of cinnamon!"
