Meicha Frolic gazed around in awe, while Arthur mumbled and grumbled about Meicha Frolic's shortcut being no shortcut at all, if the blisters on his paws were anything to go by!

What is it about cornfields that inspired so many famous painters to put brush to canvas? An easy answer is that the growing of corn was so much part of the lives of the ordinary people in England, Europe and America that the countryside was covered in corn so the scenes were hard to avoid for the en plein air artists.

Meicha Frolic finally makes it back to the landing stage, where Miss Flicka is also about to embark and go home. What an adventure it has been! Meicha Frolic pockets a map of Exina as a momento. The guidebook says:
