Charcoal Hare

Why doesn’t anybunny love me? I’m just a cute lil bunbun. I deserve some love and cuddling too. I promise I won’t chew wires and carpeting and play in the dirt. Well I will try my hardest. If you bring me loads of treats. I love treats. You have treats? Awww….and no baths! Promise me! NO BATHS!

I am trying so hard to be a good bunbun. You see I was tempted to frolic in the ashes of the fireplace last night and now people are upset. Apparently I am leaving dirt and mess everywhere I hop! Sheesh! How can they ever think such a thing? So I am here trying to listen as they try to sneak up on me and give me a bath! Surrender? Never!!!

Sniff sniff! What is that? Is that fresh parsley and carrot tops I smell? Oooh and maybe a raspberry too? Oh yum yummy! I want! *creeps out of hiding* ACK! A trap! I should have known! All you want is to give me a bath! NOOOO!!!!!

The Long Hop was invented by a very wise old rabbit, thinking to add variety to the daily lives of rabbits and hares across the land, whose whole lives seemed to revolve around eating and procreating, and not necessarily in that order!

To some extent, this was successful, as the Long Hop has been added to the bunnygarten curriculum for all young lagomorphs, many of whom also apply their long hopping skills to escape capture while raiding vegetable patches in PnF!
