Baby Gourdee

On an uncharted island, somewhere in the PnF Sea, partially hidden by huge palm trees and previously undiscovered flora, a strange young scientist runs an experimental laboratory. His predecessor left behind many mysteries, and young Doctor Pawshake means to unravel them!
One sleepless night, as he wanders through the overgrown garden, a rustling sound catches his attention. A baby Gourdee is ripe! Excitedly, he scoops up the rare creature and takes it back to the lab for observation. After many years of careful study, there is still very little known about the Gourdee, least of all, what it will become when mature.
The old scientist left much information in his notes, but deciphering it might be more than the young doctor can do. Still, he perseveres, confident in the knowledge that his work will benefit pets everywhere... but will it?
Baby Gourdee sleeps peacefully, unaware of the maze of mysteries he inhabits, dreaming of fields and forests, and morning dew.

Your pet becomes an expert at finding its own food!

Even with 18 sports already established in PnF, there were plenty of pets who just couldn’t hope to compete in any of them. Naturally that made them all feel very, VERY left out. So they held a meeting to work out what to do. Some said they wanted to compete with hula hoops, others wanted to fly kites, but no suggestion made had enough possible competitors to make it into a sport instead of a solo demonstration.

One of the pandas, who was really fed up, decided to vent her feelings. “This is unacceptable!” she said. “Incomprehensible! Insufferable!”

“Unsatisfactory!” rumbled a Yeti.

“Exceptionable!” scowled a starfish.

“Inconcssssssseivable!” added a garter snake.

Everyone looked at the snake.

“I heard it in a film,” he explained.

“With that many esses?” asked a hermit crab.

“Well that’s the way snakes spell it,” said the snake. “And it scores better with more esses in it.”

Then he had to explain about scoring in “Words with Pets”, and since everyone present seemed to be able to use long words to explain how bad it was that they had no sport to play, soon they were all playing “Words with Pets”.
