Meadow's Secret Caterpillar
Walking through a soft green meadow, you cross the path of a peculiar green flower. Is it moving? Slowly, it turns to look up at you, a gentle face with antennas twitching, a tiny face smiling wide...
Hello there, traveller, welcome to my meadow. I hope you'll rest and enjoy the cool breeze, watching as it sends ripples through the tall grass. I'd love to have someone to chat with for a while, pets often pass my meadow quickly to reach their destination. They don't pause to smell the flowers and enjoy the scenery I call home.
Don't you love the scent of flowers? I find them relaxing, and their petals are so soft, they make perfect bedding - velvety soft and smooth as silk. I'm surprised more pets don't use flower petals for their beds. Or sleep outside. Looking up and seeing the sky filled with stars is relaxing. Even a storm can be beautiful, to watch the different shades of clouds as they pass overhead, the soft patter of rain against the ground. yawns I'm getting tired just thinking about it...
My meadow is calming, a perfect place to get a perfect night's sleep. I have a little spot under a nearby tree I cozy up against and light myself a tiny fire to roast some marshmallows. I love to pick out shapes from the smoke as it hangs in the air. If you want to spend the night here in my meadow I think I could find some marshmallows to share.

Words with PetsEven with 18 sports already established in PnF, there were plenty of pets who just couldn’t hope to compete in any of them. Naturally that made them all feel very, VERY left out. So they held a meeting to work out what to do. Some said they wanted to compete with hula hoops, others wanted to fly kites, but no suggestion made had enough possible competitors to make it into a sport instead of a solo demonstration.
One of the pandas, who was really fed up, decided to vent her feelings. “This is unacceptable!” she said. “Incomprehensible! Insufferable!”
“Unsatisfactory!” rumbled a Yeti.
“Exceptionable!” scowled a starfish.
“Inconcssssssseivable!” added a garter snake.
Everyone looked at the snake.
“I heard it in a film,” he explained.
“With that many esses?” asked a hermit crab.
“Well that’s the way snakes spell it,” said the snake. “And it scores better with more esses in it.”
Then he had to explain about scoring in “Words with Pets”, and since everyone present seemed to be able to use long words to explain how bad it was that they had no sport to play, soon they were all playing “Words with Pets”.
