Today Scaredy Cat and Bob were relaxing at a neighbourhood outdoor cafe on a great summer day.
"What a great day it is" Scaredy Cat said casually.
"Any day is a great day to me when I have food on a table" Bob replied.
"Speaking about food, I was just checking the calendar to see what we can do for art this week and realised that July is a month of food,” said Scaredy Cat
"What do you mean, a month of food?" Bob was curious at the mentioned of the word 'food'.
" Well, to start off, it is National Culinary Arts Month. It recognizes the professional cooks and chefs who bring innovative, unique cuisine from their kitchens to our tables. It is also National Ice Cream Month. July 3rd was National Fried Clam Day, July 9th was National Sugar Cookie Day, July 13th was National French Fry Day, July 17th was National Hot Dog Day and July 30th is National Cheesecake Day. It's all about food and food,” said Scaredy Cat.
"I think people thought more about food in the summer" said Bob excitedly.
"So, let's make this week’s art challenge all about food,” said Scaredy Cat.
"I'm totally on board" replied Bob happily as he dreamed about a big plate of spaghetti with meatballs and a slice of gooey chocolate cake.

Well, as both said, we're creating art that celebrates anything to do with food. It can be your pet favourite food, a shout out to your favorite chefs, a family recipe, a national dish and so much more. Let us see them in your art. All this talk about food is making me hungry lol.
