The flag of the Kingdom of Sweden is a yellow Scandinavian cross on a blue background. The exact age of the Swedish flag is not known, but the oldest recorded pictures of a blue cloth with a yellow cross date from the 16th century. The design of the Swedish flag is probably taken from the Danish flag, and its blue and yellow colours probably originated in the 14th century, when the Swedish coat of arms with three gold crowns on a blue background was created. The flag has been in use since 1521; however the current design was not officially adopted until 1906.

Hiking through the mountains can be difficult, but fog adds an additional complication. Thankfully every hiker has the Mountain Rescue Butterflies looking out for them.

When you gaze upon something that is this far away it can really make your imagination go wild. Are there trees? Is it snowing way over there? Are there pets roaming about? Who makes their home in these mountains? More and more depth was added with this overlay. Have a wonderful time creating a winter slide.

Young pets love to play hide-n-seek in the many trees around Snowfall's Crest. While the hiding places may not be complicated, they are plentiful.

What lies beyond the river's edge? Is it a bustling city or a serene countryside? What lies beneath the water? Ooh, we do love a good mystery and can't wait to see the rest of this scene as it is created.

The Alberta flag has a simple design featuring the provincial crest on a blue background. The crest itself features a stylised representation of the Alberta landscape topped by the Cross of St George, a symbol of England.

Very similar to the Yukon flag, the Northwest Territories flag features the NWT crest between two blue bars, representing the territory’s rivers, lakes and oceans. The crest itself features a white fox, a traditional animal of northern Canada.

The flag of Nova Scotia is similar to the Scottish saltire but with the colours reversed. It is the Cross of St Andrew, with the Nova Scotia coat of arms in the centre.

In 1948 Quebec became the first province in Canada to create its own distinctive flag. It features the Fleur-de-lis and cross to evoke memories of the mediaeval banners of royal France.

Another contest-winner, the Yukon flag has the territorial coat of arms surrounded by a green bar, representing forests, and a blue bar representing rivers and lakes. The coat of arms features a malamute (an Inuit sled-dog) standing on a mound of snow. There is also the cross of St George and the wavy white lines represent the Yukon River and the gold-bearing creeks of the Klondike.

The height of fairy luxury, this castle plays for keeps. Although alluring with its golden walls and calming cool tones, very little is known about what happens at this castle. Entering is simple, just walk through the door. You may find leaving a more difficult task.
