I live in one of the most amazing places, Alaska. There are plenty of fish, which I love, especially salmon, and there is no shortage of places to make my den for the winter. I am not quite like you, I make a new den each winter and enjoy the most marvellous sleep. Would you like a tour of my favourite fishing place?

Yes, I am poisonous to the touch and that is bad news, but there is good news. If you want to have me in your life, it is simple, provide me a home, and feed me crickets and fruit flies.

The poison comes from the insects I eat out in the wild and those insects have been nibbling on poisonous plants, so if you don’t feed me those types of insects I will be safe to have as a friend. This might be the start of a never-blue friendship.

I don’t know if this salamander has time to stop and chat, as it seems very busy, looking for tasty snacks and running up trees.

Hello! It is good to see you again. Oh, you don’t remember me? I remember you. It was a warm summer day and you were swimming in the ocean and said hello to me and left a gift of a coconut shell, which was thoughtful of you.

That made me curious to see where you live, so today I am here to tour your city, octopuses sometimes build cities too. I feel a little sad at leaving my home, but since octopuses are usually solitary creatures and always up for a good explore I won’t be unhappy for long.

Come and dance with me. Each of my arms contains a brain, which means I can create the most amazing dance moves. I would have no trouble winning one of those dance contests I have been watching on television.

I am also a master of disguise. I can change my shape and colour and have been known to match the look of other creatures that live close to me. It is a great party trick and useful when something from the deep dark makes me uneasy. I don’t think I will need to use my camouflage abilities here, PnF land is very peaceful.

Rawr! Ahem! I don’t have my rawr yet. I am too young, but I am practicing. Will I breathe fire? That isn't very likely, as I am not a fire-breathing dragon but a cloud-breathing dragon.

When I watch my parents fly over the mountains, they breathe out this lovely purple cloud that encircles the mountaintops and creates an air of mystery. I am told that creating mystery is our prime job as purple dragons. I asked my parents why, and they said that to know everything is boring and that life is more exciting with mystery in it. I can't wait to grow up and make mysteries.

Hello there! As a long-eared owl, I truly enjoy the quiet night skies and the peaceful rustling of the trees. My keen sense of hearing allows me to detect even the faintest of sounds, making me a skilled hunter in the darkness. It is a myth that carrots are good for bunnies. Carrots actually contain too much sugar. You are better off feeding your bunny unlimited high quality hay supplemented by greens such as romaine lettuce with the occasional sugary treat like fruit. Pellets should only be given in moderation not left out at all times and be dosed by your bunny’s weight. Mind you, you should be aware there is a strong chance your bunny will turn their nose up at this all. Their preferred food of choice? PHONE CHARGERS!

When you think of a Griffin you may think of a mythical beast that is quite terrifying and guards treasures. I don’t believe I would terrify anyone, I am far too pink and cute. Beauty can be found anywhere, and these fluffy little birds prize the beauty spots on their fluffy cheeks. They are so taken with them that they coo and cuddle each other and let other pets know that their beauty spots are where it’s at. Will they start a new trend? Only time will tell.

For generations, my family has had a lush head of luxurious feathers...so don't call me bald, it simply can't be true! Actually, my name comes from pie-bald, an old English word that means white-headed, so I can assure you, my lovely plumage remains intact, no matter what some may say. At one time I was endangered but my numbers have been growing, thanks to conservation efforts. I may be majestic and noble, a symbol well-known throughout America...but I admit, I'm very sensitive about the misguided notion that I have a receding hairline.

This proud symbol combines the national bird, the majestic bald eagle, and the colors of the flag of the United States of America. The bald eagle isn't actually bald, it just looks that way due to the white feathers on its head, which are in contrast to the color of their body. Eagles are powerful fliers and have been viewed as symbols of strength since ancient times. They live in tall, old-growth trees in close proximity to water, and can be found across most of North America. May both the bald eagle and the American flag ever fly high above our land.

You can tell by the glint in my eye and the tilt of my head that I am very curious and perhaps a little mischievous. Climb aboard and hang onto my mane and I will transport you into a magical land of fun and frolicking. We can strut proudly about or plop onto a magic carpet and travel among enchanted forests. In fact, we can go anywhere your imagination wants to take us and just think of the fun we can have.

Last seen on planet Zinnia, imagine our surprise when word came down the line that a small colony of ultra-rare Earthly Fleurpets had been found flourishing on the darkside of Candy Mountain. As you might remember, fleurpets grow in clusters and are rather chatty little things, always eager to greet the light of morning and throw their petals and leaf-dressed arms wide open. To best care for your fleurpet, we recommend at least two of the same, with lots of cheery sunshine and the occasional nourishing rain.
