While Lilly was in a hurry to move along and shake some more paws, Esmeralda decided to stay put and sketch the scenery for this week's Art Challenge...

What is it about cornfields that inspired so many famous painters to put brush to canvas? An easy answer is that the growing of corn was so much part of the lives of the ordinary people in England, Europe and America that the countryside was covered in corn so the scenes were hard to avoid for the en plein air artists.

Lilly finally makes it back to the landing stage, where Visor is also about to embark and go home. What an adventure it has been! Lilly pockets a map of Exina as a momento. The guidebook says:

The first stop on this island might be to the wooden refreshment shack to pick up a freshly squeezed orange juice, to keep a pet's energy up for exploring this gem of a tropical island!
