Penny, the eccentric clerk at the building permit office was always belting out in random lyrics, whenever anyone wanted to submit a new request. Grace leaned into the fun and joined in a rousing chorus of "Bridge Over Troubled Waters". And soon Grace had her permit!

Next, Grace needed to find the perfect plot to build her new digs! Her real estate agent, Colleen was happy to show her the available plots. This one looks like it was over-crowding, and Grace wanted to see something different, maybe with a water feature.
