Episode 1: "Hello, everypet! Hello! How are we today? I am Gliomach, and I will be your guide to the Old Masters today.
I have several degrees in fine arts, and I assure you, if you should have any questions about the art on display, I am glad to answer for you.
I get giddy just thinking about seeing these incredible works of art! All originals, you know. I even authenticated some myself! Did I mention that I have a degree in fine arts? Oh, I did? Well, then, let the tour begin!
Remember to stay together as a group, we mustn't straggle and get lost!"

Episode 2: "And here we have the watercolor To Such Belongs the Kingdom of God, created by Randy Klassen, founding pastor of University Covenant Church. It has touched thousands in Europe, America and China, and is now on display exclusively here at Musee d'art de Cannelle." Gliomach glowed with pride while explaining that the artist wanted to convey that the Kingdom of God is to have a childlike faith.

Kilauea took in the watercolor, musing that it would take a childlike faith to believe that this was an original, but enjoyed the painting anyhow.

Episode 3: "Pablo Picasso's Seated Woman with Hood, was painted in 1902 at Staatsgalerie. Stuttgart, Germany is where this artistic gem is normally showcased," explained Gliomach, "but it's on special loan to Musee d'art de Cannelle. Cannelle is a special friend of the curator there and they were gracious enough to loan it for our grand opening!"

Episode 4: "And here, we have Church, Taos Pueblo by Ansel Adams," said Gliomach as he waved his claw in the direction of the wall hanging.
Kilauea asked, "Excuse me, but wasn't that a photograph? I mean, Ansel Adams was a photographer, right? Not a painter."
Gliomach turned a ghastly shade of blue and replied that painting was Ansel's favorite pastime, a very unpublished secret, and that the original, displayed here, was actually a painting.
Kilauea remained skeptical, but played along, and nodded, which seemed to make Gliomach happy.

Episode 5: "Here we have Houses of Parliament, Sunset by Claude Monet. Monet was well known for a series of paintings of the River Thames, and we have the most rare of them all, here on display at Musee d'art de Cannelle! This is one of the very few that Monet painted in vivid color, using the colors of sunset in the fog."
Kilauea is a little leery of calling it an actual Monet, but it's pretty, and Kilauea enjoys looking at it just the same.

Episode 6: "The Son of Man by René Magritte is one of the gallery's finest pieces," Gliomach exclaims, showing off the painting with pride to Kilauea. "It's been seen all over the world, mimicked by other artists, and even used by companies for logos."

Kilauea laughed, and mentioned that perhaps this, too, might be a mimic piece, but Gliomach snorted and stormed away, grumbling about visitors not knowing a pièce de ré·sis·tance when they see it.

Episode 7: "The Monument To Chopin In The Luxembourg Gardens by Henri Rousseau is one of the crowd favorites," Gliomach tells Kilauea. "You can see here for yourself the culture of the days of yore. Oh, how I long for those days! The proper manners, the wardrobes and attention to the details!"

Kilauea takes a look down, mentally noting that a pair of flip flops, cargo shorts and t-shirt with the PNF logo might not be up to Gliomach's wardrobe standards.

Episode 8: "Huh," said Kilauea. "This is art? I mean, I just don't know. I guess to each their own but Rooms by the Sea, by Edward Hopper will not be a favorite of mine."
Gliomach's eyes bugged out even farther (as you know lobster's eyes tend to be a bit buggy anyhow) and he choked on his words, sputtering to get them out, "That is............ that is....... why, you uncultured............" sputtering even more, because the brain fog cleared and Gliomach remembered Cannelle's first rule; the customer (no matter how wrong) is always right.
"Yes, well, uh, let us move forward then, you have seen enough" Gliomach replied.

Episode 9: Café Terrace at Night is an 1888 oil painting by the Dutch artist Vincent van Gogh, which showcases the local cuisine of our town, as the cafe is still open, and you can visit there! Amazing that it has become timeless!" Gliomach said.

Kilauea, however, realizes that it's been some time since lunch and starts daydreaming about that caramel apple cinnamon frappe for breakfast, and wonders what culinary masterpieces might be at the cafe?

Episode 10: Gliomach clatters over to the next painting, "That is Self Portrait Facing Death (June 30, 1972) by Pablo Picasso." Gliomach continues on, explaining that this was done in the later years by Picasso, who created whatever he wanted, however he wanted.

Kilauea thought there might have been something similar hanging on the fridge, drawn by the neighbor's toddler, but dared not critique it in front of Gliomach, since he was a little snippy the last time.

Episode 11: "And here, we have the priceless The Old Guitarist by Pablo Picasso hanging with great pride in Musee d'art de Cannelle!" Gliomach puffed with pride showing off the masterpiece.

Kilauea giggled and made a comment that it really didn't look much like Reith Kitchards, the famous old guitarist Kilauea used to play on air guitar.......

Episode 12: "Rene Margritte painted "This Is Not a Pipe" in 1948, and minds were blown! Why, how can you say it's not a pipe, when it clearly is a pipe?"
Kilauea grabbed a trusty smartz phone, using Petoogle, and looked up WHY it would be titled that. After some interesting reading, Kilauea, clearly even more confused, sauntered on after Gliomach to the next display.

Episode 13: "Raphael's Cherubs! I got that as a birthday card last year," exclaimed Kilauea!
Gliomach smothered a deep sigh, trying not to be frustrated with the lack of art knowledge by this everypet, and counting down the minutes to the next break.
Kilauea seemed pretty excited though, to see that popular art in the original, wait, maybe not the original? Kilauea sees a little tell all stuck to the canvas. It appears to be a price tag from Ikeeyah?

Episode 14: "Walk this way, you must see this one! Mondrian's Composition II in Red, Blue and Yellow is always a crowd favorite! How does it make you feel? What do you think about it? Can you imagine the talent it took to create this masterpiece?"
Gliomach is very passionate about this piece. Kilauea wonders secretly how to paint it since it would be a brilliant new wall cover in the living room. And do you think anyone would pay for that re-creation?

Episode 15: Gliomach scuttles over to the first painting,with Kilauea sauntering along.
"Here we have Girl with a Pearl Earring, an oil painting by Dutch Golden Age painter Johannes Vermeer. Amazing, is she not? Her beauty glows from within, her lips, oooh la la! You can stare at her all day, and never tire of gazing into those blue eyes."
"What? You do not find her captivating? Why, how can you deny that aura she possesses? Not real? I would never dream of a gallery containing a forgery!"
Gliomach shuffles off to the next display, mumbling under his breath.

Episode 16: Kilauea finds the oil canvas, Twelve Sunflowers by Van Gogh to be intriguing. Such details in the brush work! But wait, are those plastic seeds stuck in the paint? Kilauea is pretty sure plastic wasn't around back then, hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Episode 17: Gliomach was full of immense knowledge about Water Lilies by Claude Monet, and Kilauea learned a lot. Surprisingly to Kilauea, this might actually be an original, authentic piece! Because Monet painted 250 different scenes featuring his water lilies in oils, this might be THE ONE! Kilauea peers closely at the canvas, and doesn't see anything obvious that says it might be a forgery! Monet's Lilies for the win!

Episode 18: "The Birth of Venus by Botticelli is a gallery favorite," Gliomach exclaimed excitedly, gliding over to the sizable painting.
Kilauea stands back to take in all the different elements of this one. Amazed at the sheer size, Kilauea notices that it's two panels, sewn together, but you can hardly notice the seam. Closing his eyes, Gliomach mentions that if you close your eyes, you can almost hear the ocean...............

Episode 19: "Henri Rousseau painted this Portrait Of The Father Of The Artist, and generously bequeathed it to Musee d'art de Cannelle in his last will and testament," Gliomach breathed with excitement!
Whipping out a trusty smartz phone, Kilauea quickly looked up information on Rousseau, only to find that he passed away long before the gallery was around, since this was the grand opening. Peering at the canvas, Kilauea also noticed the Petmart price tag still attached to the side of the canvas. Rather than argue with Gliomach about authenticity, Kilauea moved on to the next wall hanging.

Episode 20: "And here we have the self portrait of Vincent Van Gogh that he titled Man with a bandaged ear, as he had mutilated his own ear and it was healing. Artists seem to suffer for their work, and I, too, must suffer the strange comments made by some of the everypets who come to Musee d'art de Cannelle," Gliomach indicated to the painting on the wall.
"Strange thing, Gliomach, I don't think that Pand Aids were available in the days of Van Gogh," said Kilauea.
"Well, now, I think that just might be how the paint is flaking off, not a Pand Aid," replied Gliomach, "And if you're done, let's move to the next artist's display."

Episode 21: "And here we have the painting for the adventurer, The Wanderer Above The Sea Of Fog by Caspar David Friedrich", said Gliomach "Authenticated as the original, Musee d'art de Cannelle is extremely pleased to add it to this prestigious collection".

Kilauea has been enjoying the painting as well, then notices a glitch on the painting. Someone used some cellophane tape to patch up a small tear. Maybe Kilauea can get a job as an art appraiser? And giggles a little at the thought.

Episode 22: "Does it speak to you?" asked Gliomach.

The painting on the wall, Maurice Denis', The Two Sisters, 1891, did actually speak to Kilauea! This everypet recalls great memories with the siblings and sharing silly secrets, and actually enjoyed this painting, forgery or authentic original!

Episode 23: "Toulouse Lautrec's Woman Lithographic Poster is the next painting on our tour, and we're so very blessed to have procured the original, so authentic, yes it is!" Gliomach gushed.
Kilauea wasn't so sure, since there appeared to be some faint numbers under that yellow hair, making Kilauea think of the childhood paint by numbers everypet would do during a rainy day..................

Episode 24: "Well, here it is! Please be careful when gazing on the beauty, you wouldn't want to trip our extensive alarm system! This is obviously the original of Leonardo Da Vinci's 'Mona Lisa', and we must be careful to preserve the painting at all costs."
"Cannelle considered hiring a super ninja to keep it safe, but decided on electronic security hidden in sly places." Gliomach played with the remote in his clumsy claws, accidentally tripping the siren and flashing lights. While everypet on the tour scrambled to get out of the way of security guards, Kilauea noted that Mona Lisa's smile looked a little more like a smirk, and did she really just wink? How is that possible?

Episode 25: After viewing all of the inspiring works in this section of Musee d’Art de Cannelle, Kilauea is feeling a little sad to have to return to a gourd house that looks exactly the same as every other gourd house in PnF Land, which is not terribly exciting...because if you've seen one gourd house, you've seen them all!

But suddenly Kilauea stumbles upon a cozy home, which looks very similar to one in a Van Gogh masterpiece...
"A present for me?" asks Kilauea, hardly daring to hope!
