Purple is a particular color. Many love it; and many can't stand it. Throw me in the group that loves this perfect pigment.
It can be deep. it can be playful, rich, and childish. It is best known for being royal. The bravest and strongest don this tone. As do many fetching flowers. Shades of purple express the joy, happiness, and significance of Easter. Hope yours is full of beautiful moments!

Pink is pleasant, pleasing, and appealing like a little girl stealing our hearts with a blush. Mixing white and red makes a shy yet, coy hue.

“Shall we take a selfie?” Lily-baa asked Hansi (Icky Bird Who Can't Fly) as they drank in the peaceful picture and admired each other’s prizes won in the Exploring Easter experience!
Lilacs!
How can mere words describe lilacs? They would need to be precious and pop, one after another, creating a delightful display like soft little flowers contrasted by deep green leaves. No, that isn't possible.
One photo cannot capture the lilac's appeal, unless it came to life in explosions of sweetness.
And, a movie will not pass on the scent of pale purple perfume sent through a Spring breeze.
Your eyes must gaze upon this glorious gorgeousness, and watch it bloom. Stand near by and breathe deeply to collect its bouquet into your own being. That is the only way I know to appreciate the essence of this stunning simple gift completely.

Tired on a trail or feeling like sitting down and taking it all in? A bench in the woods is your answer. Usually, they are located with a scenic view: an overlook or a pond. Sometimes, you'll find a bench in the woods at spots after the trail had just been a challenge. Maybe some critters will cross your path or sing from the branches above. Maybe you'll see something familiar in a whole new way. Resting on a bench in the woods is a really good idea.

Macarons are another one of those things made possible by the egg. Merengue cookies in a plethora of colors surround fillings just as numerous. The talent needed to make one well is praiseworthy. These aren't cheap cookies, made for savoring and gift giving. Nummy.

“Er—I only know the Latin name for it,” said grey and hastily changed the subject.

Some of Spring's earliest bloomers are daffodils. So yellow and bright, they draw attention to themselves. That's why they belong to the genus, Narcissus (the hunter who fell in love with his own reflection in Greek myth.) Daffodils are as sturdy and strong as they are beautiful and bright. Their shape is unique among the flower family, but grow in bunches generating a greater impact of their individuality.

Why baskets for Easter?
Springtime is when all the planting is done in preparation for the harvest in Fall. Celebrations of old featured a blessing of the basket with hope for a bountiful yield.
Today, we use baskets of all colors and sizes to hold our Easter bounties: chocolate bunnies, brightly-dyed eggs, and jelly beans by the ton!

Why wrap this sweet treat in foil? I'd appreciate its succulence just the same if it fell freely into my hand unencumbered in shiny colors. I'll admit the time it takes to peel away its prison heightens my anticipation, but I don't eat chocolate to be stimulated in any way other then letting the creamy deliciousness melt on my tongue.

Tulips are not glamorous, but they are subtly elegant. Long stalks rise to greet the sunshine and sway in Spring's breezes. The flowers come in a multitude of colors, each as beautiful as the next. Best of all, these beauties bring bees and, as we all know, bees make the world go round!

At last the egg ceases to fill Lily-baa's mind with visions. As the last one fades, the egg disappears. In it's place, Lily-baa finds she now has a wonderful prize!

Is there anything as bewildering and enchanting as a reflection?
