"Relax, my little chum. Sigara böreği is a famous Turkish deep-fried pastry. These small, crispy rolls of thin dough are stuffed with a creamy mixture of cheese and parsley and rolled into a cigar shape, then fried."

"Mmm! That's a huge amount of hazelnuts!" declared Ducky. "I'm very partial to them myself."
Horton flicked over the page of the brochure. "Yeah. You're particularly fond of them when they're coated in nougat, caramel and chocolate and enveloped in a bright red wrapper with Topic printed on it."
Ducky was unabashed. "A hazelnut in every bite, don't forget!"

Dove-Cotes, Cappadocia, Anatolia
Dove-cotes hollowed out of most of the hills around the area. The excrement from pigeons was used as fertilizer. To keep the pigeons safe white paint made from egg and plaster was painted on the sides of the dove-cote to keep martins and foxes from getting at the pigeons and their eggs.
