Easter and spring are times of joy as the earth awakens, plants are pushing forth from the soil, and the days are becoming warmer. Many baby animals are born in the spring, and life is burgeoning. May these eggs bring you joy and be a reminder of the earth renewing itself.

Fresco de la Reye was distracted by the sounds of loud rustling as Blossom unfolded a very large tourist map, in the course of which she succeeded in knocking Fresco de la Reye’s sunhat off.
“Put that away, do!” said Fresco de la Reye, in some irritation. “We’re about to pose with this amazing creature—the picture will be of your map if you don’t fold it up pronto!”

Flaxen shielded her eyes and rotated 360°, elaborately scanning the horizon. “I don’t think they’ve thought to provide a postbox here, Blossom. How remiss of them!” Seeing Blossom’s ears beginning to droop, Flaxen added, “Don’t worry, you can give your card to reception at the hotel to post.”

My brilliant plumage has also earned me the nickname of Rainbow Pheasant, and my gorgeous array of feathers originally hailed from China, but you'll find that we were a desired export, and have adapted well to other places!

Nocturnal by nature, you'll find me hiding by day in the dark leafy greens in your garden. We tried to ramp up our street cred by saying we were vampires, but we lacked the fangs to back up the claim.

Somewhere there's a blue anteater hanging around with a pink panther, but that's now who I am, although, I really do love ants! You'll find me in the rainforest, slurping up ants like a pro!

“Did you see what happened to Foxy earlier, Ughly?” exclaimed Blossom. "He was balancing on a log trying to take a selfie with one of the critters we met, and it rolled over and pitched him into a bank of nettles!"
Ughly joined in Blossom's heartless laughter. “He was still brushing bits of nettle out of his fur when we went for lunch!”

Golden fur covers me, hence my name! I live mainly in Africa munching on small critters in the night, and my Mongoose family have a fierce reputation for winning battles with Cobras, but we avoid it when we can!

“Ooh, it's just starting to get a bit cool, Blossom!” said lily monet. “Can you hold my map and itinerary while I dig out my scarf?"
Blossom good-naturedly took charge of lily monet's possessions while she emptied her rucksack of a pack of sandwiches wrapped in greaseproof paper, a Thermos flask, a pair of galoshes, a bag of chocolate peanuts, a paperback thriller, a bottle of orange squash, an address book, some postage stamps, an assortment of different coloured biros, a bottle opener, a couple of old bus tickets, a handful of golden and silver moles, a door key, some very old receipts, a screwdriver, a bottle of multivitamins, a lottery ticket and a selection of rather battered sachets of salt, sugar and salad cream before locating the scarf right at the bottom. This she donned and then Blossom helped her put everything back in her rucksack.

The hidden valley between these hills is a popular locale for the smaller pets of PnF. Housing a city most pets overlook, the tiny prints of pets have made history with the largest tiny museum, art gallery, and comedy club in existence.
