My pets are in awe of these beautiful eggs—they would love to try to paint their own one year. Easter and spring are times of joy as the earth awakens, plants are pushing forth from the soil, and the days are becoming warmer. Many baby animals are born in the spring, and life is burgeoning. May these eggs bring you joy and be a reminder of the earth renewing itself.

Mochi studied the itinerary thoughtfully for some time. “There's a lion-tailed macaque and a lion-headed goldfish,” he remarked. “Do you think there's a lion-tummied creature that we'll meet?”
Nova snorted. "That's you, judging by how you're packing away that popcorn, Mochi!"

“Ooh, it's just starting to get a bit cool, Nova!” said Boon. “Can you hold my map and itinerary while I dig out my scarf?"
Nova good-naturedly took charge of Boon's possessions while he emptied his rucksack of a pack of sandwiches wrapped in greaseproof paper, a Thermos flask, a pair of galoshes, a bag of chocolate peanuts, a paperback thriller, a bottle of orange squash, an address book, some postage stamps, an assortment of different coloured biros, a bottle opener, a couple of old bus tickets, a handful of golden and silver moles, a door key, some very old receipts, a screwdriver, a bottle of multivitamins, a lottery ticket and a selection of rather battered sachets of salt, sugar and salad cream before locating the scarf right at the bottom. This he donned and then Nova helped him put everything back in his rucksack.

“I’ve written a postcard to my aunty to tell her about our amazing safari!” said Nova. “She’ll wish she was here! Where’s the nearest postbox?”
Geoffrey shielded his eyes and rotated 360°, elaborately scanning the horizon. “I don’t think they’ve thought to provide a postbox here, Nova. How remiss of them!” Seeing Nova’s ears beginning to droop, Geoffrey added, “Don’t worry, you can give your card to reception at the hotel to post.”

Translucent in color, these colorful creatures anchor themselves to the roots and rocks in the warm waters in the Indian River. Just don't startle them, they don't respond well!

“You never know what sort of critter to expect next, do you, Nessa?" whispered Nova. “You know, small, cute and furry or really quite, um, large, with—er—very sharp teeth.” Nessa reassured Nova that all the critters were looking forward to meeting them, regardless of size, furriness, attractiveness and/or pointiness of teeth.
