Episode 1: Scary Night
Bob, the scaly monster, is the last of his kind. He makes a living carving decorative pumpkins. Each year he makes a delivery to his biggest customer, Doctor Pawshake, who lives in 'Castle Pawshake'. Pawshake has rented the castle for decades. In this remote location, he can perform his 'scientific' experiments without scaring everyone else to death. He has few visitors, and every time Bob visits him, he wishes he did not have to be one of them! Worst of all, he is running late, and arrives during what looks like being a very scary night.

Episode 2: The Pumpkin Collector
Bob is scared of Pawshake's thunder hound, but he knows how to cover fear; look scary yourself. Bob spends half his life frightened of something or another, but nobody ever notices because they can't tell between a scared monster and a scary monster.

Doctor Pawshake admires Bob's offerings and says he would like to buy all of them. But unfortunately his landlord, Skeezle, has raised the rent, and he has nothing left to pay Bob with.

"What would you accept in payment instead of sweets?" asked Pawshake.

"Nothing you can give me," replied Bob. He only understood payment in sweets.

"Try me," said Pawshake.

Bob looked embarrassed. "I am the last of my kind. I desperately want a wife to live my life with me, but you can't get me what doesn't exist."

Pawshake stroked his chin, then stroked his thunder hound. "I can provide you with a living bride if you can bring me suitable parts from which she might be made."

Bob was at once terrified and strangely excited. This seemed wrong - but this might be the only way he could ever be happy. “But there aren’t any parts in these parts,” he said. “You can’t get parts for parts sake. I would have to scour the whole Forest of Bob to find parts of former Bobs.”

“Were you all called Bob?” asked Pawshake, patting the head of his thunder hound as he asked.

“Well, there was my dad Bob, and my mom Bob, and my father’s brother was Bob, and if any of their ancestors had different names, I never knew.”

“And where is the Forest of Bob?” asked Pawshake. “There aren’t many trees around here.”

“Oh, pretty much everywhere,” replied Bob. “We chopped down most of the trees to grow pumpkins, but all of us lived in what used to be the Forest of Bob when it had trees in it.”

If Bob had owed Pawshake rather than the other way round, Bob would have been out of the door by now, but Pawshake needed a plan. “To redeem my debt,” he said, “I will make you a bride if you can find me the parts. I suggest you put together a team, give them some reason to help you, and bring the parts back to me.”

“I could only pay them in sweets,” said Bob. “But what if you can’t make me a bride?”

“Then I will give you back one pumpkin and you can try again,” said Pawshake.

Bob didn’t think Pawshake could do it, but he had nothing to lose but sweets. “And I’m down to my last million sweets,” he moaned to himself as he left the castle.

Episode 3: Team Bob!
Spirit made the mistake of handing the map over to Bob, who tosses the map to the side, and tells everyone that he's memorized the forest of Bob, and he's genetically predisposition to navigate. Weary of chasing each other up and down the Eiffel Tower, the pets decide that maybe a trip to the Forest of Bob might prove fun. Bob sweetens the deal with a promise of sweets for all!

Episode 4: Team Bob on the Move!
On their way through the Forest of Bob, Spirit and the team hitch a lift on a passing candy train. Well...it was carrying candy...but that was BEFORE Bob came aboard...

Episode 5: Team Bob Makes a Find!
Spirit watches on in abject terror as Bob and the team begin collecting grizzly grey body parts! For a moment there, Spirit even thought that Bob was going to eat the ear that he had found...after all, it wasn't actually a Bob body part... However, Bob remembered Dr Pawshake saying that he would try to make a bride for Bob from the body parts of other species of monsters, if it was really necessary...

Episode 6: Team Bob on the Move!
While searching the Forest of Bob for parts of former Bobs, Spirit and the team come across a sentient monster eating tree. Fortunately the sentient monster eating tree's eyes are light sensitive, so Bob averts potential disaster by shining his torch into its eyes while the team escapes!

Episode 7: Team Bob Makes a Find!
Scaling new heights in the highest reaches of the forest of Bob, Spirit and the crew are suffering under the thin air. But Bob is quite used to the altitude and is happy to help carry his friends. Daft Green Spider is excited to not only find future wife parts, but to see some long lost relatives and catch up on the family gossip!

Episode 8: The Call of Cthulwho!
Spirit and the team thought the abandoned cave system in the Forest of Bob was a logical place to find parts of Bobs. And it may well have been, because the Cthulwho also thought to look for them there! The Cthulwho searched through the tunnels one at a time, calling out for Bob. But Spirit and the team hid themselves behind the entry to one of the larger caverns, wondering what the Cthulwho wanted with Bob? No pet seemed to know? Perhaps this was because no pet was brave enough to come out of hiding and actually ask?

Episode 9: The Call of Cthulwho!
Spirit and the team were searching the cave riddled limestone ridge in the Forest of Bob when the Cthulwho landed outside their cave! The Cthulwho called out for Bob. But, in fear of their very lives, Spirit and Bob took off at blistering speed, running straight down the rocky escarpment to escape from the Cthulwho!

Episode 10: Team Bob on the Move!
While searching the Forest of Bob for parts of former Bobs, Spirit and the team receive a surprise visit from Joy. Bob asks Joy if she has brought him any chocolates, but Joy informs him that she has something much better than chocolates for him! Pumpkins! Bob tries to look pleased, and to respond graciously, but he doesn't quite pull it off...

Episode 11: Team Bob Makes a Find!
Sailing into a secret cove along the coast of the Forest of Bob, Spirit and the team happen upon a gruesome smorgasbord of body parts, although none appear to be body parts of former Bobs... This is both puzzling and depressing for Bob, because even if Dr Pawshake can make a bride for Bob from parts of other monster species, Bob has grave (pun intended) doubts about exactly what Pawshake might resurrect...

Episode 12: Team Bob on the Move!
Harigog, the patriarch of all spiders in the Forest of Bob, is happy to see his 8th cousin, twice removed, Daft Green Spider. Daft is aptly named, as he fails to see the danger he's put Spirit and friends in by coming to the sacred lair! Bob consults the compass given to him by his friend, Sparrowbird, realizing that they need to move on quickly. Trading sweets for parts, the group makes a hasty retreat!

Episode 13: Team Bob Makes a Find!
Spirit wrinkles their snout in distaste, as a Grandmother Tree in the Forest of Bob hands the team a dismembered orange toot...which isn't actually a Bob body part, as far as Spirit can tell, unless of course it's a private part? It's all good though, because the Grandmother Tree assures the team that Dr Pawshake can make a bride for Bob from the body parts of other species of monsters, if necessary...

Episode 14: Team Bob Makes a Find!
In barren wasteland in the heart of the Forest of Bob, Spirit and the team stumble into a field of body parts, although none appear to be body parts of former Bobs... The team gathers up the body parts, but Spirit is worried, because if Dr Pawshake does make a bride for Bob from parts of other monster species, Spirit has grave (pun intended) fears about what Pawshake might resurrect...

Episode 15: The Call of Cthulwho!
Spirit and the team thought the haunted graveyard in the Forest of Bob a logical place to find parts of Bobs. And indeed it was! So logical, in fact, that the Cthulwho surprised them there, giving them no time to hide! The Cthulwho tried to single Bob out, for who knows what? But Bob fled, hot on the heals of Spirit and the team! What does this wizened old villain want with Bob? No pet seems to know. Perhaps this is because no pet is sticking around long enough to find out?

Episode 16: Team Bob on the Move!
While searching an old library in the Forest of Bob, for parts of former Bobs, Spirit and the team find a treasure trove of old books. Bob is so fascinated by the books that he fails to notice that they are not alone in the library...

Episode 17: Team Bob Makes a Find!
Pumpkin patches are to monsters what cabbage patches are to hoomans, or so it seems to Spirit! But as the team descends on this pumpkin patch, and begins scooping up disparate body parts, Spirit becomes worried that any bride for Bob made from these body parts might only be fit for Halloween...and it wouldn't even need a costume!!!

Episode 18: Team Bob Makes a Find!
In an old attic in an abandoned shack deep within the Forest of Bob, Spirit and the team find boxes of assorted body parts...although none appear to be the body parts of former Bobs... Even if Dr Pawshake can make a bride for Bob from parts of other monster species, there would likely be more stuffing on the outside of this bride than in her brazier!

Episode 19: Return to Castle Pawshake
Bob and the crew have scoured the Forest of Bob looking for body parts of former Bobs, returning to Castle Pawshake only to discover that in the time they were scavenging, a mysterious glow of lightening has been seen frequently hovering around the turrets. Curious, but wary of what they might find, Bob stashes his body parts in the nearby pumpkin patch. The group becomes further alarmed when they hear raspy voices in the graveyard telling them to turn back... Teal Bug is pretty sure those skeletons are talking, but wonders if it's not a sugar rush from all the sweets...

Episode 20: The parts are laid out.
Well they say you'll do anything for love, but Spirit wonders if the love of sweets may have clouded better judgement. The lab is alive with the jiggling and wiggling Bob parts, however there are some strange parts leftover. Bob begins to wonder if there might be enough for two Bob mates, but Teal bug realizes the menagerie in the attic is keeping a close eye on everyone, and seems a little bit like they understand what everyone's saying.

Episode 21: Dr Finkensen, I presume?
As Pawshake's thunder hound generates lightening, the body parts merge and come to life...but, more terrifying...Pawshake morphs into Dr Rat Finkensen!

Mortified, Spirit and the team flee the room, with Bob vowing never to marry this scary new monster! But, in their wake, Rat Finkensen transforms back into the gentle Dr Pawshake, and quietly sleeps off the effects of his transformation...

Episode 22: Finkensen's Monster!
As the lightening disperses, it is revealed that the body parts have been transformed into Rat Finkensen's latest monster! Oh my, could this wicked experimentation account for the rows of fresh graves in the field below? Spirit and the team flee the room, mortified, with Bob vowing never to marry this insipid mauve monster! But in their wake, Rat Finkensen transforms back into the humble Dr Pawshake, who quietly sleeps off the effects of his exhausting transformation...

Episode 23: Pawshake redeems a pumpkin
When Pawshake awakes, Bob informs the good doctor that he cannot marry a different species of monster, only another Bob! So Bob fobs this monster off onto Spirit.
Spirit is not sure whether to feel pleased or horrified by this turn of events! Pawshake returns a beautiful blue pumpkin to Bob, and vows to try again if Bob can bring him some more body parts. Since Bob has more pumpkins than he knows what to do with, and they are not particularly sweet to munch on anyway, Bob also fobs the blue pumpkin off onto Spirit...

Episode 24: The madness
As the sun sets on a blood orange sky and disembodied screams swirl through the air, the team resumes its hasty retreat from Pawshake's Castle, with Spirit loaded down with a huge pumpkin, a rather adorable new monster and a considerable stash of sweets! But they are not yet free of the madness, because Dr Pawshake pursues them, swooping down from above, and pelting Spirit with 20GM's compensation for their ordeal. Barely stopping to gather the GM, Spirit heads for home, promising to send another Pet to assist Bob with his continuing Quest for more body parts...
