The waiter placed milky-looking drinks in tumblers before Squirrel and Jasper. "It smells, good, Jasper, what is it?" queried Squirrel.
"It's Boza, an ancient fermented drink usually made from wheat, millet, barley, oats or bulgur. It's believed to have originated in Turkey more than 8000 years ago!"
"Are they hazelnuts on top?" asked Squirrel.
"No, they're actually crunchy roasted chickpeas, and a dusting of cinnamon!"
Ferry, Tunceli Pertek.
Sunset on the water is always a beautiful spectacle to behold, and the ferry trip is a perfect way to watch. Ferrying cars and people, the quick 10 minute ride will get you over the water to explore new places.
