The waiter placed milky-looking drinks in tumblers before Choose a name and Pengu. "It smells, good, Pengu, what is it?" queried Choose a name.
"It's Boza, an ancient fermented drink usually made from wheat, millet, barley, oats or bulgur. It's believed to have originated in Turkey more than 8000 years ago!"
"Are they hazelnuts on top?" asked Choose a name.
"No, they're actually crunchy roasted chickpeas, and a dusting of cinnamon!"
