Ice Harvest Hills is a favourite skating spot for the pets who find the freezing temperatures somewhat hospitable. Located at the foot of the Ice Caps, small cabins have begun to dot the mountains turning Ice Harvest Hills into an unlikely vacation spot.

The northwestern border of Achi contains a few outlying trees from the Baru Jungle across the Cold Mountains. Burrowed within the small canopy of trees is a small sunlit pond known as Warm Wishes. Don't let the name fool you - this far south the pond's waters are anything but warm.

On the northern end of Perlna, the cold air and difficult to till soil often keeps many pets away. If you can brave it, one of the advantages of living this far north is the aurora light displays which often light up the twilight sky.

Long before the days of technological travel, pets travelling from Creatoria to the Mirage Archipelago would flock to use the Balloon Highway. Hundreds of hot air balloons would fill the skies of the Gelid Ocean carrying pets from one region to another. While no longer the must-use method of transportation, pets can often find single vessels traversing what has become known as the Lone Balloon Highway.

The far north of Penafri makes its home within the Twilight Crossing, keeping many landmarks and settlements in perpetual twilight. Due to this, the northern end of the Dry Mountains have become known as the Twilight Peaks, where bright orange and calming purple hues mix all the landscape into one.
