What a transformation there is to even the most well known locations when lit up in neon lights after nightfall, whether it be a cathedral, hotel, monument or cityscape! Get those scarves and gloves on, though, and stick close to each other as you go from one stop to the next!

There are certain super touristy things to see, but pets seem to forget the artist quarter, where creativity shines, no matter what time of the day or night.

@ Big City Square
"There's something magical about watching rivers at night-time, isn't there, Oksana?" said Ezekiel dreamily.
"I'm going to try and capture the look of the moonlight on the water," said Oksana.

The hustle and bustle is famous around the world, everypet should make this a bucket list visit. The neon lights, and the shows on stage, and street performers make this a time you'll never forget.

shakur studied the sky above. “We could take this opportunity to do a little star-gazing, couldn't we, Ezekiel?”
“Well, that's an interesting hobby, yes," replied Ezekiel. "Look, is that the Bovinus constellation up there, shakur?"

Throw a paw in the air and hail a cab from the curbside, it's better than standing in the rain, getting wet! Or if not a there's always the bus stop!

@ Cobblestone Court
“Ooh, it's just starting to drizzle, Ezekiel!” said Pynelope. “Can you hold my torch and map while I dig out my Pac-a-Mac?"
Ezekiel good-naturedly took charge of Pynelope's possessions while she emptied her rucksack of a pack of sandwiches, a Thermos flask, a pair of galoshes, a bag of toffees, a paperback novel, a bottle of mineral water, an address book, some postage stamps, an assortment of different coloured biros, a bottle opener, a couple of old train tickets, a handful of golden and silver moles, a hotel key, some shopping receipts and a selection of rather battered sachets of salt, sugar and tomato ketchup before locating the Pac-a-Mac right at the bottom. This she donned and then Ezekiel helped her put everything back in her rucksack.
Cobblestone Court
Worn from years of travel, the old courtyard cobbles silently sit and watch as pets pad on by, listening through the centuries all the stories being told. Why the stories they could tell, if only someone asked.

@ City Scapes
“I could stay here forever, Ezekiel,” said Choose a name. “This is an amazing place!” “Well, you never know what lies ahead, Choose a name. I wouldn't be surprised if the next stop is even better!” said Ezekiel.

Like a sea of lava, heading to the ocean, so is the sea of pets traveling in the big city, on a river of light.

"Wasn’t it worth coming all this way, Ezekiel," said Sonic, "for this experience alone?" Ezekiel, admiring the scene they were now in, heartily agreed!

“If we stayed up long enough, we could catch the sunrise, Ezekiel,” said iddels.
“Gosh, I don't know about that, iddels! It would be amazing but I'm not sure if I could keep my eyes open long enough!"

A modern twist of the clock tower, moving quickly into the digital age, lacking the old stye elegance but there's beauty in light as well.

@ The 1950s?
Ezekiel is enjoying Fantastic Buildings when Robby comes along. "Look! A special prize!" says Robby. Ezekiel looks down and sees something valuable. Robby generously lets Ezekiel keep it!
Brick Road (distant)
Dark gray bricks make a durable road for light traffic (no motor vehicles allowed). If we allowed vehicles we'd have to charge a toll to earn revenue for maintenance.
The 1950s?
Wet wtih a fresh rain, the moonless and starless sky casts no ambient light upon the mainstreet, giving it an old fashioned feel of days gone by in black and white.

“Hey, Ezekiel, how are you doing? Long time no see! Are you a night owl?"
Ezekiel shook paws with Orpheus. “Well—a lot of these attractions are so lit up you wouldn't think it was night-time!" he said.

Bobbing on the open water, watching the city bloom to life as the sun sinks below the horizon is calming. Everypet wonders what the view would be from one of these skyscrapers?

“I'm enjoying the tour very much but it's getting quite cold, isn't it, Ezekiel?” shivered Mocha.
“Here, wrap my scarf around yourself," replied Ezekiel. "And you can look forward to a lovely mug of hot chocolate when we get back to our accommodation!"

“What have you got in your tote bag, Dragoon?” asked Ezekiel. “It looks very full!” “I’ve come prepared for anything, Ezekiel,” responded Dragoon. “There’s deck shoes, snowshoes, tennis shoes, flip-flops, flippers, walking boots, Wellington boots—you name it, I’ve got it!”

@ Raceway City
"Was that the call of a barn owl just then, Ezekiel?" asked Schnupfen.
"It might have been, Schnupfen! Let's pause for a minute and see if we hear it again."

Standing in the observation deck and viewing the city below, one can almost see the race track just beyond the fog. Racing at breakneck speed in a circle might not be your idea of fun but then again, it just might be!

Ezekiel and Fidelis agreed that the variety of environments on their expedition was the best ever! Ezekiel and Fidelis exchanged opinions on which their favourite attraction had been so far!

Ezekiel is considering the merits of another Fantastic Building when Lady Aelfgifu comes along. "Wow! That completes the set!" says Lady Aelfgifu. Ezekiel is amazed to have collected all three items!
