What a transformation there is to even the most well known locations when lit up in neon lights after nightfall, whether it be a cathedral, hotel, monument or cityscape! Get those scarves and gloves on, though, and stick close to each other as you go from one stop to the next!

There are certain super touristy things to see, but pets seem to forget the artist quarter, where creativity shines, no matter what time of the day or night.

@ Big City Square
Sarah studied the sky above. “We could take this opportunity to do a little star-gazing, couldn't we, Alastair?”
“Well, that's an interesting hobby, yes," replied Alastair. "Look, is that the Bovinus constellation up there, Sarah?"

“If we stayed up long enough, we could catch the sunrise, Alastair,” said Lyra.
“Gosh, I don't know about that, Lyra! It would be amazing but I'm not sure if I could keep my eyes open long enough!"

“I could stay here forever, Alastair,” said Puddle Rumchuckle. “This is an amazing place!” “Well, you never know what lies ahead, Puddle Rumchuckle. I wouldn't be surprised if the next stop is even better!” said Alastair.

Alastair opened his rucksack to change his hat. Tigs could see Alastair had a large, floppy sunhat, a balaclava, a rain hat, a woolly bobble hat, a beanie, a deerstalker hat and a swimming cap! “Did you bring a fez too?” Tigs asked Alastair.

Like a sea of lava, heading to the ocean, so is the sea of pets traveling in the big city, on a river of light.

“Everything is always darkest just before the dawn,” intoned Wawatay.
“It must be very near dawn now, then!" said Alastair.

While Alastair paused to drink in the view, pengo started scrabbling in her rucksack for her portable, foldable camping chair. “What are you doing with that, pengo?” asked Alastair. “We’ll need to get going in a minute or we’ll be left behind!”

Alastair opened his rucksack to change his hat. Puff could see Alastair had a large, floppy sunhat, a balaclava, a rain hat, a woolly bobble hat, a beanie, a deerstalker hat and a swimming cap! “Did you bring a fez too?” Puff asked Alastair.

Alastair is enjoying Fantastic Buildings when Pu[ comes along. "Look! A special prize!" says Pu[. Alastair looks down and sees something valuable. Pu[ generously lets Alastair keep it!
Brick Road (distant)
Dark gray bricks make a durable road for light traffic (no motor vehicles allowed). If we allowed vehicles we'd have to charge a toll to earn revenue for maintenance.
The 1950s?
Wet wtih a fresh rain, the moonless and starless sky casts no ambient light upon the mainstreet, giving it an old fashioned feel of days gone by in black and white.

@ Winter Carnival
While Alastair paused to drink in the view, Milagros started scrabbling in her rucksack for her portable, foldable camping chair. “What are you doing with that, Milagros?” asked Alastair. “We’ll need to get going in a minute or we’ll be left behind!”

Bobbing on the open water, watching the city bloom to life as the sun sinks below the horizon is calming. Everypet wonders what the view would be from one of these skyscrapers?

Alastair is admiring some Fantastic Buildings when Vinny the collector comes along. "Look! Another special prize!" says Vinny the collector. Alastair looks down and sees it. Vinny the collector generously lets Alastair keep it!

Charming black street lights illuminate the street as you stroll home from your errands and visiting.

No matter where anypet travels, there's always an Exit that needs taken, and wonder if the GPS actually is going take you to the right place.

@ Raceway City
While Alastair paused to drink in the view, Flutter started scrabbling in her rucksack for her portable, foldable camping chair. “What are you doing with that, Flutter?” asked Alastair. “We’ll need to get going in a minute or we’ll be left behind!”

Standing in the observation deck and viewing the city below, one can almost see the race track just beyond the fog. Racing at breakneck speed in a circle might not be your idea of fun but then again, it just might be!

Alastair has seen enough buildings to plan his own town, and is tired out. Koo agrees it is time to go home and discuss which building they would most like to live in!
