My pets are in awe of these beautiful eggs—they would love to try to paint their own one year. Easter and spring are times of joy as the earth awakens, plants are pushing forth from the soil, and the days are becoming warmer. Many baby animals are born in the spring, and life is burgeoning. May these eggs bring you joy and be a reminder of the earth renewing itself.

Looking like a whipped-up marshmallow spread in the sky. I propose a day of relaxing, we will find a field and lay down on some grass and look up at the clouds and play a game about what they look like to each of us.

@ Rainbow Over The Grey Sea
A natural gas vent in Iraq known as The Eternal Fire has been burning continuously for over 4000 years, and it has been mentioned by Herodotus, Plutarch and in the Old Testament Book of Daniel.

A spectacular rainbow just touching the land. Rainbows and hummingbirds (which are like tiny flying rainbows) bring smiles to all who view them. The science behind what makes a rainbow is interesting but it will never be as much fun as the stories you can dream up to explain that bow of colours in the sky.

When it’s a hot, muggy summer day, you’ve probably heard the word “humid.” But what does that mean, exactly? Relative humidity is the amount of water that the air can hold before it rains. Humidity is usually measured in percentages, so the highest level of relative humidity—right before it rains—is 100 percent.

"No. The knot."
"Oh, Dante, I thought that was to do with sailing?"
Dante consulted the tour guide. " 'A knot is a unit of speed equivalent to one nautical mile per hour, used especially of ships, aircraft, or winds.' There you go."
The Milky Way
The Milky Way Galaxy, with spiral arms outstretched, moves through the cosmos devouring other galaxies—and far into the future, the Milky Way Galaxy will itself be devoured. From our viewpoint on Earth, it appears as a milky band—millions of stars lighting up the deep dark of space.

"After the Great Fire of London in 1666, businessmen started house insurance companies. They had to be careful because if another fire started they could lose a lot of money. To get around this, they ended up hiring their own fire brigade just in case a fire did start! This is when the first brigade started."
"It sounds a bit hit-and-miss, Buffy The Vampire Slayer!" remarked Midnight Bleu.
"It was, yes. Any of the insurance companies' fire brigades weren't allowed to put out a fire of a house which was insured with a different company!"

The sun is so bright today that you really need to wear sunglasses if you hope to avoid a headache and eye strain. If there is not enough light, you cannot see—too much light, and you cannot see. The perfect amount of sun, just like the perfect porridge, is what we want.

@ A Mystical Place
"I think there'll be quite a few tired paws, wings and flippers when we get back to the tour bus," said Minx, after he and Buffy The Vampire Slayer had spent some time exploring another wing of the art gallery to its end.
"Is there a gift shop after this?" enquired Buffy The Vampire Slayer. "The thought of that generally keeps me going!"
A Mystical Place
A small craft sets off on an adventure; the pets are excited and wonder what they will see. Passing through a bank of clouds, the sea and sky change. This is not any place the pets have ever seen before. Were they magically transported to a new planet. Is this a dream, are they all still at home tucked up in bed.
They gaze in wonder at the stars that shine brighter and closer than any stars they are used to; the water is as still as a sheet of glass, the pets want to reach down and grab a star reflection, so solid do they appear.

When humans and animals breathe, we give off an odorless gas called carbon dioxide, or CO2. Plants use this gas, along with sunlight, to make food—and oxygen too! This process is called photosynthesis.

A Day In A Balloon
Oh, what fun! We are all going on a balloon ride—high in the air. The pets have packed their favourite snacks and brought their scarves—in case the air is cool. They are chattering and chirping about what they might see once the balloon is in the air.

The four elements were even used to described the four temperaments a person could have, and Hippocrates used the four elements to describe the four “humors” found in the body. These theories stated that the temperaments and humors needed to be in balance with each other in order for a person to be well both mentally and physically.

There are blustery days and snowy days, but I think this type of day would make a particular little donkey happy. Not everyone will love a grey day—on the bright side—when the sun does break through, it is such a delight that the dim greyness was worth it.

"The Great Fire of 1666 started in London, on Pudding Lane, in a baker's shop. The baker believed he had put the fire out but in the middle of the night the fire grew and his house was in flames. Pudding Lane is still there today. If you want to visit it, Monument is the nearest tube station. The place where the fire started is also marked by a monument topped by a fiery gold ornament," said Buffy The Vampire Slayer.
"It makes it sound like it's the only monument in London, Buffy The Vampire Slayer!" chuckled Chester.
Rainbow Over The Sea
I wonder how many rainbows are in the sky—all over the world—at any given moment. Rainbows seem to bring a lot of happiness even if there is not a pot of gold at the end—maybe the real treasure is the joy they bring.

Walking down the street, marvelling at the flowers awakening to the spring warmth. The new buds on trees bloom into a dazzling array of blossoms delighting the senses and gladening the heart. These wonderful violet blooms adorning delicate branches are a welcome addition to the garden.
