What a transformation there is to even the most well known locations when lit up in neon lights after nightfall, whether it be a cathedral, hotel, monument or cityscape! Get those scarves and gloves on, though, and stick close to each other as you go from one stop to the next!

There are certain super touristy things to see, but pets seem to forget the artist quarter, where creativity shines, no matter what time of the day or night.

@ Big City Square
“I'm enjoying the tour very much but it's getting quite cold, isn't it, Dude?” shivered Asteroidea.
“Here, wrap my scarf around yourself," replied Dude. "And you can look forward to a lovely mug of hot chocolate when we get back to our accommodation!"

The hustle and bustle is famous around the world, everypet should make this a bucket list visit. The neon lights, and the shows on stage, and street performers make this a time you'll never forget.

"You know, the settings on your camera have to be different for a night scene," remarked Dude.
"I suppose this tour is a good opportunity to learn all about that, Dude!" said Jimmy.

"I'm going to try and capture the look of the moonlight on the water," said Elsa.

Dude and jejustar were entranced at reaching this stopping place and eagerly posed for a picture standing on either side of the new attraction they had just seen!

@ Cathedral at Dusk
“Hey, Dude, how are you doing? Long time no see! Are you a night owl?"
Dude shook paws with Bella. “Well—a lot of these attractions are so lit up you wouldn't think it was night-time!" he said.

“Everything is always darkest just before the dawn,” intoned Fancy Face .
“It must be very near dawn now, then!" said Dude.

@ The 1950s?
Dude is enjoying Fantastic Buildings when Spot comes along. "Look! A special prize!" says Spot. Dude looks down and sees something valuable. Spot generously lets Dude keep it!
Brick Road (distant)
Dark gray bricks make a durable road for light traffic (no motor vehicles allowed). If we allowed vehicles we'd have to charge a toll to earn revenue for maintenance.
The 1950s?
Wet wtih a fresh rain, the moonless and starless sky casts no ambient light upon the mainstreet, giving it an old fashioned feel of days gone by in black and white.

@ Winter Carnival
“Ooh, it's just starting to drizzle, Dude!” said Radagast. “Can you hold my torch and map while I dig out my Pac-a-Mac?"
Dude good-naturedly took charge of Radagast's possessions while he emptied his rucksack of a pack of sandwiches, a Thermos flask, a pair of galoshes, a bag of toffees, a paperback novel, a bottle of mineral water, an address book, some postage stamps, an assortment of different coloured biros, a bottle opener, a couple of old train tickets, a handful of golden and silver moles, a hotel key, some shopping receipts and a selection of rather battered sachets of salt, sugar and tomato ketchup before locating the Pac-a-Mac right at the bottom. This he donned and then Dude helped him put everything back in his rucksack.

Henrietta Humperdink was distracted by the sounds of loud rustling as Dude unfolded a very large tourist map, in the course of which he succeeded in knocking Henrietta Humperdink’s hat off. “Put that away, do!” snapped Henrietta Humperdink. “We’re about to pose beside this amazing scene—the picture will be of your map if you don’t fold it up pronto!”

Dude and Minerva were entranced at reaching this stopping place and eagerly posed for a picture standing on either side of the new attraction they had just seen!

Standing in the observation deck and viewing the city below, one can almost see the race track just beyond the fog. Racing at breakneck speed in a circle might not be your idea of fun but then again, it just might be!
