The world is at his trotters. But despite being universally loved, despite his riches and a life of ease, nothing ever feels quite right.

The street Cupig built with his riches seems twisted without him. Even the perennial good weather seems to have deserted the street.

Shamrock is questing! Episode 3: Cupig's uncle Frank, like any good capitalist pig, knows the exact value of all his assets. He has all the drive and ambition he could ever need, but he is also wise enough to know that Cupig is the brains of his operation. Whenever a new situation in the food industry needs a smart solution, Frank turns to his nephew. So when he finds Cupig mysteriously missing, Frank wastes no time solving the problem with the only method he understands: money.

Shamrock is questing! Episode 4: Shamrock liked the idea of a reward. Without stopping to ask Frank for advice, Shamrock
went to Cupig's penthouse to ask the doorporker if they had seen anything. Before asking, Shamrock saw a trail of tiny gems leading away from a wall which had no door in it. Cupig was known to carry little gems around to give as gifts. What if he had dropped them in flight? So Shamrock tried following them.
The trail led out into the country, to a place easily seen from Cupig's penthouse apartment. The gems ended at a strange object which pulsed and shimmered. What could it be?

Shamrock is questing! Episode 5: As Shamrock looked at the strange object, it began to glow brightly, causing the hills beyond it to seem dark and foreboding. This was the strangest thing Shamrock had ever seen. What could it be?

Shamrock is questing! Episode 6: The mysterious portal begins to draw Shamrock towards it. The more Shamrock struggles, the greater the pull. Just as Shamrock realises the answer is not to struggle, it is too late. A lovely scene appears, full of pink shades and gentle views; yet somehow this fills Shamrock with a sense of foreboding. A strange yellow creature appears; it does not share Shamrock's trepidation.
"Welcome!" says the creature with a smile. "Oh - you're not supposed to be here!"
"Do you live here?" asks Shamrock. "Who are you? And what's so funny?"
"I am a Bubble Head," it replied. "This is Bubble Land - or one version of it. In one way the most pleasant; then again, in another way the most dreadful. But I can't help laughing - I have seen the end of the story! As you're not supposed to be here, follow me; I will show you how to follow the gems to the other side. As we proceed, you will see that someone else has been here before you."

Cupig's desire to be part of a pet family shows, as he carelessly leans a little too far over the edge of the cliff while watching the tapirs frolicking in the pastures below. Fortunately for Cupig, the Bubble Head realises the danger and pushes him back.

"Cupig now knows that real love is the answer to all his needs," she said. "He is not here; but he is now able to leave the Bubble World. Tell Frank he will soon be home. When you walk through this portal, you will be back in New Pork City, with a magnificent egg to show Frank as proof of your tale. He will reward you.
Though you now understand Cupig's feelings, only I can see his whole nature. You and your friends now know all of it between you. So you will all be seeing me soon."
With that, she disappeared. Shamrock went through the portal, both astonished and relieved.

"I have no idea what love is," he said. "But it seems to mean a lot to my nephew. The egg is yours. I do not know what will happen if I send others to find Cupig. We must wait and see. I have one last reward to give; it is yours. Here are some coins, but come along to my car and I will drive you to something far better."
