Fleur gazed around in awe, while Zubi mumbled and grumbled about Fleur's shortcut being no shortcut at all, if the blisters on her paws were anything to go by!

After months of planning, Fleur and Tickety-Boo finally agreed on where they would travel together, and they are both secretly please with their choice!

What is it about cornfields that inspired so many famous painters to put brush to canvas? An easy answer is that the growing of corn was so much part of the lives of the ordinary people in England, Europe and America that the countryside was covered in corn so the scenes were hard to avoid for the en plein air artists.

Fleur finally makes it back to the landing stage, where Rowan is also about to embark and go home. What an adventure it has been! Fleur pockets a map of Exina as a momento. The guidebook says:
