Easter and spring are times of joy as the earth awakens, plants are pushing forth from the soil, and the days are becoming warmer. Many baby animals are born in the spring, and life is burgeoning. May these eggs bring you joy and be a reminder of the earth renewing itself.

Shadow was distracted by the sounds of loud rustling as Doubleshot unfolded a very large tourist map, in the course of which he succeeded in knocking Shadow’s sunhat off.
“Put that away, do!” said Shadow, in some irritation. “We’re about to pose with this amazing creature—the picture will be of your map if you don’t fold it up pronto!”

“I’ve written a postcard to my aunty to tell her about our amazing safari!” said Doubleshot. “She’ll wish she was here! Where’s the nearest postbox?”
Princess shielded her eyes and rotated 360°, elaborately scanning the horizon. “I don’t think they’ve thought to provide a postbox here, Doubleshot. How remiss of them!” Seeing Doubleshot’s ears beginning to droop, Princess added, “Don’t worry, you can give your card to reception at the hotel to post.”

Waddling in the cool waters off the coast of South Africa, dressed up in their best black tie, the little penguins keep a sharp eye out on the waves, you never know when you'll have a surprise visitor!

“Did you see what happened to Foxy earlier, Miss Mousse?” exclaimed Doubleshot. "He was balancing on a log trying to take a selfie with one of the critters we met, and it rolled over and pitched him into a bank of nettles!"
Miss Mousse joined in Doubleshot's heartless laughter. “He was still brushing bits of nettle out of his fur when we went for lunch!”

George glanced up from his tour guide, in which he had been looking up where they were going the next day. “How come you're so hungry, Doubleshot?”
Doubleshot pouted. "I was just unwrapping my lunch pack when a creature ran down the tree behind me, grabbed the lot and shot back up the tree!"
"Bad luck!" sympathised George. "Here, have a banana to keep you going."
