Tab-mow pouted. "I was just unwrapping my lunch pack when a creature ran down the tree behind me, grabbed the lot and shot back up the tree!"

“You never know what sort of critter to expect next, do you, Hoots?" whispered Tab-mow. “You know, small, cute and furry or really quite, um, large, with—er—very sharp teeth.” Hoots reassured Tab-mow that all the critters were looking forward to meeting them, regardless of size, furriness, attractiveness and/or pointiness of teeth.
