The waiter placed milky-looking drinks in tumblers before Torch and Byron. "It smells, good, Byron, what is it?" queried Torch.
"It's Boza, an ancient fermented drink usually made from wheat, millet, barley, oats or bulgur. It's believed to have originated in Turkey more than 8000 years ago!"
"Are they hazelnuts on top?" asked Torch.
"No, they're actually crunchy roasted chickpeas, and a dusting of cinnamon!"
