What a transformation there is to even the most well known locations when lit up in neon lights after nightfall, whether it be a cathedral, hotel, monument or cityscape! Get those scarves and gloves on, though, and stick close to each other as you go from one stop to the next!

There are certain super touristy things to see, but pets seem to forget the artist quarter, where creativity shines, no matter what time of the day or night.

@ Big City Square
Bright Eyes and Heleena were entranced at reaching this stopping place and eagerly posed for a picture standing on either side of the new attraction they had just seen!

The hustle and bustle is famous around the world, everypet should make this a bucket list visit. The neon lights, and the shows on stage, and street performers make this a time you'll never forget.

“What have you got in your tote bag, Dunkle?” asked Bright Eyes. “It looks very full!” “I’ve come prepared for anything, Bright Eyes,” responded Dunkle. “There’s deck shoes, snowshoes, tennis shoes, flip-flops, flippers, walking boots, Wellington boots—you name it, I’ve got it!”

Throw a paw in the air and hail a cab from the curbside, it's better than standing in the rain, getting wet! Or if not a there's always the bus stop!

“I'm enjoying the tour very much but it's getting quite cold, isn't it, Bright Eyes?” shivered Zoe.
“Here, wrap my scarf around yourself," replied Bright Eyes. "And you can look forward to a lovely mug of hot chocolate when we get back to our accommodation!"

snuggle was distracted by the sounds of loud rustling as Bright Eyes unfolded a very large tourist map, in the course of which she succeeded in knocking snuggle’s hat off. “Put that away, do!” snapped snuggle. “We’re about to pose beside this amazing scene—the picture will be of your map if you don’t fold it up pronto!”
City Scapes
Like a sea of lava, heading to the ocean, so is the sea of pets traveling in the big city, on a river of light.

@ Weary Way Inn
While Bright Eyes paused to drink in the view, Snowball started scrabbling in her rucksack for her portable, foldable camping chair. “What are you doing with that, Snowball?” asked Bright Eyes. “We’ll need to get going in a minute or we’ll be left behind!”

@ Cathedral at Dusk
"There's something magical about watching rivers at night-time, isn't there, Peaksy?" said Bright Eyes dreamily.
"I'm going to try and capture the look of the moonlight on the water," said Peaksy.

@ The 1950s?
Bright Eyes is enjoying Fantastic Buildings when Berry comes along. "Look! A special prize!" says Berry. Bright Eyes looks down and sees something valuable. Berry generously lets Bright Eyes keep it!
Brick Road (distant)
Dark gray bricks make a durable road for light traffic (no motor vehicles allowed). If we allowed vehicles we'd have to charge a toll to earn revenue for maintenance.
The 1950s?
Wet wtih a fresh rain, the moonless and starless sky casts no ambient light upon the mainstreet, giving it an old fashioned feel of days gone by in black and white.

Bright Eyes gazed upwards. "I just saw some bats flying over there, Champ! It's not often you see those!"

Bright Eyes opened her rucksack to change her hat. Gentle could see Bright Eyes had a large, floppy sunhat, a balaclava, a rain hat, a woolly bobble hat, a beanie, a deerstalker hat and a swimming cap! “Did you bring a fez too?” Gentle asked Bright Eyes.

After a long night hiking the rugged tracks, dawn cracks slowly and chases out the fogs of night, promising joy in the new day.

Bright Eyes and Sassyfly were entranced at reaching this stopping place and eagerly posed for a picture standing on either side of the new attraction they had just seen!

Standing in the observation deck and viewing the city below, one can almost see the race track just beyond the fog. Racing at breakneck speed in a circle might not be your idea of fun but then again, it just might be!

“Everything is always darkest just before the dawn,” intoned Balthazar.

Bright Eyes and shyla agreed that the variety of environments on their expedition was the best ever! Bright Eyes and shyla exchanged opinions on which their favourite attraction had been so far!

Bright Eyes has seen enough buildings to plan her own town, and is tired out. James Garda agrees it is time to go home and discuss which building they would most like to live in!
