Denmark is home to the world's oldest amusement park, Bakken, as well as the second oldest one, Tivoli Gardens. "One reason for the Danes' happiness is the importance of hygge, the Danish way of enjoying quality time with friends and family. It can be many things, such as candle-lit dinners, wine, relaxed nights in. It's hard to explain," said Cuddles.
"Well, we certainly came across it this time last year in the Huskies, Hijinks and Hygge experience! We had some very cosy chats with all the pets over hot chocolate by the fire every evening in our accommodation!" replied Flitter.

"I guess all the cycling helps with the Danes' sense of wellbeing. Copenhagen looks to be very bike-friendly," remarked Cuddles.
"Plus Denmark is relatively flat and isn't uphill both ways, as is the case sometimes when we go cycling at home!" responded Lyla.

Zzzipity was intrigued. "Interesting, Cuddles! Why is that?"
"It goes back to the late 1800s, when one out of every ten Danes left their homeland for America."

Gorge, named after a 200-metre sea-filled gorge that travels north to the sea. The village was first mentioned in 1584 but it is thought to have been in existence a lot longer. The Gjógv incline railway is the only operating railway in the Faroe Islands and it was installed to transport goods from boats.

There are no native trees on the Faroe Islands. There is evidence that there may have been some stands of Birch and Hazel before human settlement. There are a few stands of trees that have been planted between 1800 and 1900. This location was also used in the James Bond movie, No Time To Die, and one can see why it was chosen.
