"There are around a dozen ski resorts in Turkey boasting stunning snow-covered mountain ranges during the winter months. The highest peak in Turkey is Palandoken in the eastern region of Erzurum. It has the longest and steepest runs in the country."

The waiter placed milky-looking drinks in tumblers before Raymond and Fiesta. "It smells, good, Fiesta, what is it?" queried Raymond.
"It's Boza, an ancient fermented drink usually made from wheat, millet, barley, oats or bulgur. It's believed to have originated in Turkey more than 8000 years ago!"
"Are they hazelnuts on top?" asked Raymond.
"No, they're actually crunchy roasted chickpeas, and a dusting of cinnamon!"
