Easter and spring are times of joy as the earth awakens, plants are pushing forth from the soil, and the days are becoming warmer. Many baby animals are born in the spring, and life is burgeoning. May these eggs bring you joy and be a reminder of the earth renewing itself.

“That sounds like a good plan, whisper!" said Scottie. "Very relaxing, and your portrait will be a great souvenir of our visit to all these interesting creatures!"

“Do you remember our last safari, Bananas?” exclaimed Scottie. "I remember being really quite scared, trying to find the way out of that labyrinth in the dark!"
Bananas agreed. “D'you remember that scorpion? It was quite a shock coming across him in the light of the dim and flaring lamps, although he turned out to be very nice in the end.”
"It's hard to believe that was two years ago, Bananas," remarked Scottie.

Well, not just an ordinary cicada, I'm a Canthgaster Cicada! Look at me with my nose in the air, why, some might think I'm a bit stuffy! But honestly, I'm just following my nose to the best eating spots!

Garth shielded his eyes and rotated 360°, elaborately scanning the horizon. “I don’t think they’ve thought to provide a postbox here, Scottie. How remiss of them!” Seeing Scottie’s ears beginning to droop, Garth added, “Don’t worry, you can give your card to reception at the hotel to post.”

Scottie and Foxy agreed that the variety of environments on their expedition was the best ever! Scottie and Foxy exchanged opinions on which their favourite terrain had been so far, and which was the most interesting creature they had met in their travels!

Golden fur covers me, hence my name! I live mainly in Africa munching on small critters in the night, and my Mongoose family have a fierce reputation for winning battles with Cobras, but we avoid it when we can!
