The waiter placed milky-looking drinks in tumblers before Sebastian and Fluffy. "It smells, good, Fluffy, what is it?" queried Sebastian.
"It's Boza, an ancient fermented drink usually made from wheat, millet, barley, oats or bulgur. It's believed to have originated in Turkey more than 8000 years ago!"
"Are they hazelnuts on top?" asked Sebastian.
"No, they're actually crunchy roasted chickpeas, and a dusting of cinnamon!"
