This item is SEASONAL. This means it will appear at least one more time in the Department Store or one of the Mystery Boxes before it may become Antique. Many seasonal items never become Antique, and reappear for sale (or in a Mystery Box) on regular occasions. When they are in the Seasonal Shop, you have to wait in hope that someone will sell them, but if you wait long enough they will be on sale (or in a Mystery Box) again.
