lisa Sir W and Scaredy Cat went to check out the new hat shop that opened in Weston Plaza. There were shelves of hats of all sorts! Some were fancy with feathers and flowers, while some were representing many different careers such as bakers, nurses and fire personnel. Sir W was really into the space helmet he found, but he hasn't quite figured out how he can drink his latte slurpy. Scaredy Cat, on the other hand, likes the knight's helmet, but isn't sure if it's a good fit for him. He does think the police pet hat his service dog is wearing looks great on her.
This month's theme in Pets 'n' Friends is "If the Hat Fits" and it's a great idea to recognize the many hats that pets wear - both on their heads as well as in their daily lives. Is your pet into gardening? Maybe they work as a pilot! Some pets just like to wear hats for no other reason than they just like to wear a hat. We know that Bob is fond of his paper hat that he carefully made in school. Let's not forget that some of the hats they wear aren't really a hat but it's a hat to describe some sort of "title" or role they have - maybe your pet is a teacher or a mom or dad. Show us what hat or hats your pet wears on a day-to-day basis.
