lisa Scaredy Cat was at the community center when he noticed a large group of pets gathering around the television. Because we all know that cats are the curious type, of course he had to make his way to where the others were. He made his way to the front of the group and was shocked at the sight on the screen. He couldn't believe his eyes - the beautiful Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris was on fire! How could this be? This isn't supposed to be happening. As he watches the scene unfold in front of him on the television, he recalls a visit to Paris where he visited wonderful sights and sampled wonderful sweets and treats. He recalls the loveliness of mouse-flavored macarons, the creaminess of a crème brûlée and the awe-inspiring view of the Eiffel Tower. But he also recalls the beauty and serenity of the inside of the Notre Dame cathedral. He remembers being captivated by the Gothic architecture, the vibrant stained-glass windows and the history. Can the cathedral be saved? Can it be repaired? He thinks he needs to go home and have some milk.
