Bob and Billy have decided that it was a great day to hit the beach with their boards and do a bit of surfing. Billy, being a starfish, couldn't wait to get in the water and see if he could tame some of those waves. Bob - while he was excited to go - there was one definite problem - he's never gone surfing before. He only hoped that he wouldn't wipe out too many times.
After some practice, Bob got the hang of it and was having the time of his life. He's a natural!! On this current run, he spots a dolphin leaping above the waves. Bob excitedly calls out "COWABUNGA DUDE!!!"
