When you think of a Griffin you may think of a mythical beast that is quite terrifying and guards treasures. I don’t believe I would terrify anyone, I am far too pink and cute. Instead of standing around guarding things, which sounds so dreadfully boring, I think it would be much better if we played some games and enjoyed some tasty snacks.

Thankfully, our hero the Friendly Garbage Truck and its workers come along biweekly to collect this trash and take it away for us to the landfill to allow us to lead happy, healthy lives. What would we ever do without them?

Where there is smoke there is fire! The Friendly Fire Truck is always on standby ready to respond for when cooking fires get out of paw. We are looking at you Bob! And with all the camping that has been going on, we never know what can happen with those evening campfires and the dry tinder nature of the bush. So if your meal gets out of hand, or that campfire starts to spread, give us a call and we will be there!

Not everything we produce as waste is truly waste. It can be taken away to be repurposed into something else or even reused again as the same thing. But how does it get there? Beep beep! Along comes the Friendly Recycling Truck! If we do our part and separate the true trash from the recyclable items, this truck will take them away to the recycling centre to be repurposed into other items for future use. How awesome is that?!?!

Yes, I am poisonous to the touch and that is bad news, but there is good news. If you want to have me in your life, it is simple, provide me a home, and feed me crickets and fruit flies.

The poison comes from the insects I eat out in the wild and those insects have been nibbling on poisonous plants, so if you don’t feed me those types of insects I will be safe to have as a friend. This might be the start of a never-blue friendship.
