Calling all fashionistas! Spring has sprung and it is time to shed that winter gear. Pull out the amethyst high heels, spritz the locks and I am ready to strut my stuff. What should I do first? Hit up the boutiques? Chase the bunny for all the chocolate and jellybeans? Hmmmm… decisions, decisions. Maybe instead I will grab a few friends and seek out those stunning eggs I have heard so much about. I’m certain my good looks will bring many fine treats my way. Care to join me?

I am a cat who can fly, an owl who has nine lives. I am an Owlcat who can climb a tree, roost in its branches, fly to the next tree and always find the sunniest places for another nap. With a tail to wrap around my nose to keep it warm, ears that hear every sound and eyes that won’t miss a single movement. Am I a new type of animal or one you have just never met before?

Do you see my brand new vest? Isn’t it cool? It represents the work I do. I’m a certified Autism therapy dog! I’ve been training my whole life, since before I even had my eyes open. When I’m on duty (in my vest) I’ll get to help my kid become more confident about the world around them! I’ll help him or her feel safe and calm when there’s too much going on all at once so they don’t become overstimulated! I can also alert my kid’s parents or an adult if they need medical attention and use my training to help prevent self-harming behavior. Isn’t that great? I’ve worked very hard. And, when I’m off-duty, I get to run around and do the “zoomies” (run around super-fast like a silly puppy!) just like all the other pet dogs! I love zoomies! But, on duty or off, my kid will be my best-friend and I’ll be theirs, too! I can’t wait!

Hello, all my dear friends. Glad you could join me on this crisp winter day. I brought my skates, and I see you have yours too. Skating is a popular wintertime sport. Nowadays, with indoor rinks– can you imagine such a thing–you can skate all year round. But I prefer to be outside, and this pond is large enough and smooth enough to provide a lot of fun for all to skate.

I am going to warm up a bit— always a good idea—stretch those muscles and then do some pirouettes. I have been practicing some double axels I have a problem with the second one. After we have skated for a while, how about we play some hockey? Then we can enjoy some hot chocolate and cookies at my house.

Nicholas Narwhal is the unicorn of the Petarctic seas! His long spiral horn is really one of his two teeth, which is growing out of his head. His other, shorter tooth, remains embedded in his skull. This doesn’t seem to bother Nicholas though, as you will always find him cavorting happily with the dolphins, seals, manatees and penguins in Petarctica. As Nicholas does most of his eating in winter, he is especially playful throughout summer!

I know my beautiful purple color is the favorite color of many pets, but I so wish you could smell the lilac blooms I am named for. The smell is even more lovely than my color. It feels like a daydream when I breathe in the heavenly fragrance of lilacs as I gallop through the meadow, my luxurious green mane and tail flowing in the breeze. Won't you join me in my reverie? Perhaps we will have a picnic lunch by a gently babbling brook, or maybe even take a relaxing stroll through the verdant countryside and be mesmerized by the birds' songs in the branches. Quack, Quack, did you say qwackers? I like qwackers, qwestions, and qwizzes, but I don’t like qwandries. I also like water a lot. Nothing makes me happier than when I can splash around in a pond, a river, or even a bath if a pond is not available. Sunny days, lazy days spent floating around. Rain does not bother me unless it is that nasty cold sort of rain, it makes me shiver, and I have to ruffle up my feathers to keep warm. Winter is not my favourite time of year—I just want to curl up in a nest and sleep until spring comes again.

This love bug is so cute you will want to give it a little bop on the nose. Ah! Love bugs don’t have a nose. Well then, you can gently pet its little head.

Bringing you a message of love---so much better than being shot with a love arrow. This little love bug has hearts on its body and not stars but hearts in its eyes and little hearts on the end of its antennae. An irresistibly cute little chap.

Sh! Please don’t tell anyone that you have seen me. I stay hidden in the shadows, concealed in the underbrush of the forest. My feathers, in dappled shades of brown, offer camouflage amongst fallen autumn leaves – a boon to be sure. For some strange reason that still bewilders me, those strange two-legged things always try to hunt me in the fall. The life of a fugitive is not easy. Always on the run, ever vigilant for danger, never settling into a comfortable home of my own. The upside of my clandestine life is that I have formed alliances with burrowing animals, who are also no friends of the two-legs. I dwell in badger setts, rabbit warrens, and mole tunnels. Aren’t birds supposed to live in the sky?

I know who this is. This is a bear all dressed up in a bunny costume. It seems that this bear really wanted to join in the fun of hiding eggs for Easter. I think that any pet who would like to should be able to participate in that particular fun. After all, the more hidden eggs, the more fun and eggs for the seekers.

Look how cute the bear is, a fluffy bunny costume with room for the bear’s ears to stick out so they can hear what is going on, and it even comes with a basket.

If you catch a flash of long ears on Easter, you will not be sure if it is this little bear or the Easter bunny. What fun!
