Sue enjoyed the flight but as the aeroplane neared the runway she had to calm her fears again, but for a different reason. She was arriving in Las Vegas to run a five-day hen party. To work in the USA was the pinnacle of her career as a party planner to date!

The Santa Fe spring rolls stuffed with spinach, black beans, coriander, corn, jalapenos, diced red peppers and jack cheese. served with freshly made salsa, guacamole and chipotle ranch dressing were voted a huge success!
