Bob has been working hard on decorating what he considers the best snowman ever when a huge gust of wind blows the hat off the snowman's head! Bob screams in horror, and starts to run after the hat. He's been building this snowman carefully because the top prize for the snowman decorating contest is a large basket of Christmas sweets from the local bake shop. He just has to win this!!
