Canine PTSD Appreciation Day
MissyLynn The day my RL Huck Finn was given an official diagnosis after many months struggling to help him live and cope in a world he is afraid of. Canines with PTSD become extremely anxious and fearful to the point of shutting down mental and emotionally. Without his official diagnosis and treatment, his life would have been in the only place he felt truly safe, his crate. Jasper pictured above was adopted solely to honor my Huck Finn.
