kaida hugs scaredy cat and says to him, "scaredy cat - i'd like you to meet my cousin dragon glas who is visiting from ireland". dragon glas greets scaredy warmly, "dia duit cat scaredy. is deas liom bualadh leat". what? what did he say? scaredy cat understood only a couple of words and they were his name. dragon glas and kaida laugh as dragon glas explains that what he said was "hello scaredy cat. nice to meet you" in the irish language. scaredy cat doesn't like this. this green dragon speaks in a different language and is insisting that everyone wear green hats. he even invited some green pets over. scaredy cat isn't too sure if he likes all this green surrounding him. why can't things ever be simple for him?

st. patrick's day is coming and with st. patrick's day comes green stuff!!! shamrocks. grass. green puffballs. even green eggs and ham (hey - there's an actual book folks!!). this week we're gonna go green!! create scenes with your pets enjoying the color that is an indicator of spring being around the corner! go green!!!!!!
